I spend much of my free time alone playing guitar, scrabble, working out, cooking, and playing video games on PS3. I rarely watch sports and have no desire to go any of the games. I played sports and watched them in highschool, but those days are gone and I have other(better) things to do then listen to a bunch of people scream and yell(very unpleasant).To tell you the truth I'd rather go shopping at the mall. That's the way to live and love. I'm grateful for all I have especially great kids, great family, and great friends.
I love kids and I love animals especially my own... I'm biased, what can I say? My sons are 8 and 3... They are my reason for living and my source of insanity at the same time. I used to teach, I served our country, and now I make a great living, go to grad school (psychology) and volunteer when I can at the Arizona Wildlife World Zoo and Aquarium to help keep their reptile collection healthy. It is a blast to serve others and make them smile, and certainly has instilled appreciation for all creatures both big and small in me. My kids think I am the coolest thing next to cold water in the desert. It's fun being a superhero.
What I want: A friend. A companion. Appreciation. Fun. Affection. Laughs, laughs, and more laughs.
What I will give: Laughter, honesty, loyalty, security, and lasting affection. No games will be played, no mind-reading, no drama... I am pretty handy, and am equipped to give my 100% to the right woman. I know how to take control, make decisions, and she will feel (and be) safe with me.

I am kind hearted, have a good sense of humor, can be a bit sarcastic at times, but still have some old school values, those who grew up back east and even more if you are or know a true Italian family will really understand what I am talking about.
I am a bit old fashion in some ways, I still believe in opening the door, opening the door to the vehicle, helping you with your coat, and I don't even mind ordering your meal if your ok with it. I am also very close to my family I would say we get together at least twice a month for dinner and there is always an open invitation to Sunday dinner at my parent's house. If you were to ever attend one of these gatherings you would be treated just like family, this is something that is very hard to find these days when most people don't even know their neighbors.
It would be nice to find a woman that misses you when you're gone, enjoys you when you're together. One that if you are out in public maybe mingling and you look across the room and see her and she sees you and just gives you that look, maybe a little wink so you know that she is thinking about you. Maybe one that has that professional side and that wild side. Those are just some of the qualities I enjoy in the right woman.
What I am looking for is that butterflies in the stomach feeling when you are around or just when you call. I would like a woman that is proud to be by my side, able to talk with others but makes sure they know she is with me. Is not a liar, cheater, or a drama queen.
It seems hard to find a woman that truly is looking for these qualities; just from observing couples it seems that the more the man treats the woman bad the more she thinks he is the best thing in the world. I can not figure this out, seems like every woman I meet has been verbally, physically, or emotionally abused by their partner.

I try to golf 3 or 4 times a month even though i am not very good at it ,i do enjoy it . I just started training in Feb for a half marathon i am shooting for the P.F. Changs R&R marathon in Las Vegas in Dec . I ran in my first 5K with my brother and my niece in Litchfield Park. They both ran by me but i was happy with my finish time .I am looking for someone too go out with to dinner as friends too start out with and go from there .
