Born, raised, and educated in Iowa, I have enjoyed my younger mid-life years in Iowa and Kansas. Since 2002, I made the gradual move to Anchorage. My years of employment have been from a vast assortment of different avenues--from an educator -to- executive director for non-profit organization -to- mortgage industry business. But the joy I'm experiencing now with my current employer far exceeds any challenge in the past. I enjoy doing the simplest of tasks to the most in-depth, research that may be required. With being a widow, I've been very successful in keeping myself busy outside the home. Been active as a board member for a nonprofit organization, taught evenings classes (when my schedule allows), and have served on several organizations at my church.
