. I'm an attorney by trade but have spent the last 22 years as a Special Agent for Homeland Security. I retired from DHS/ICE on Dec. 31st 2008. I'm a divorced father with four beautiful kids (1 boy-3 girls). I have custody of my three oldest. My oldest daughter has just graduated from the University of South Alabama. My twenty-one year old is going to University of Alabama. The youngest girl is 16 and just a real beauty. The oldest boy works as a sound tech in the film industry.
I love most ALL types of music, playing guitar and singing, sailing, diving, running, dinning out, concerts and going to the movies......
Everyone in my family plays an instrument, sings, or both. I've been told that I have a very strange or unusual sense of humor...........people sometimes think that I'm a bit of a cutup, but I do have a serious side, if you take the time and get to know me.

My job takes up so much of my time and being a divorced parent takes up most of the rest. The only regular activities that I try to keep up with are my new computer repair business, with an active DJ & Karaoke sideline. I'm also in a local running club and I just finished coaching a marathon training team that finished up with a marathon run in October.

. I like to keep it simple and staightforward, no drama and no games there is no time for that, the past is just that leave it there, I want to be with someone who is passionate about life and takes care of themselves, loves to laugh, loves to live ... I desire to be around happy people, those with a positive outlook ( glass half full ) I have many interests from music to sports to the arts and would like someone who can enjoy all of those things as well. The one thing you can control each day is attitude, it almost always determines your altitude in life and can change many other things for the better, there is nothing you can't accomplish with the right attitude
I like the north Florida beaches in the fall, I like the mountains in July and August, I like to workout riding my Mountain bike thru a big park near where I live with Dexter ( The Wonder Dog ) running every way but the right one.... early in the morning when the peace there seems really loud and I truly have a positive attitude because I never know when someone might unload some lemons at the door and making lemonade is something I do frequently.
I'm polite, gentlemanly and believe chivalry at even the lowest level is a truly lost art, but I'm flexible and I keep an open mind, I never judge and I respect other opinions.I like to cook, I like to play my guitar and I often have conversations with my clients even if I'm at home or not at work, they would not call unless they were needing something they considered important. I miss the opportunity to spend time with someone that would understand but that I would want to make allowances in my schedule in order to make my time with them special and unavailable to anyone else.
