When I was young I enjoyed being single,but in July of 2012 I will turn 60.Old and single is not fun.I didn't thinkI would be alone at this time in my life but 4 years ago my wife wanted a divorce.When she left she took all our plans,hopes,and dreams for the future with her.But she did leave our son with me and I'm thankful for that.In that 4 years I haven't dated much, one woman 5 times.My son has tried to get me to date and has even went as far as trying to fix me up once.But I'm ready to meet someone now and make new plans and dreams for the future with her. I make a living driving a truck for a freight company in Birmingham.I'm home every night and off on weekends,but some days I have to work 12 or 13 hours a day.My son is now 17 and he still lives with me,I hope that is not a problem.Our diet is mostly fast food take out because of the hours I work.I'm a good cook and my cooking hasn't killed anyone yet.
