Date someone special from United States. I've lived in the Bay Area for most of my life and am currently living in Lafayette where I've been for about six years now. I Love the beach and love the snow and just about everything in between. I'm pretty active and enjoy weekend trips to Carmel, Mendocino, Big Sur, Tahoe and Wine Country. I like to travel long distance as well and plan to do more of that in the near future. I like to mountain bike, ski, walk the beach and hike local trails. I have two beautiful children (eight & twelve) who live with me part time - generally a couple days a week. My X and I get along well so no drama there. I'm not looking for someone to take on a "Mother" role for them. They already have one of these.

I enjoy watching movies too. My favorite are The Fifth Element, Men In Black, Avatar, Shrek, Incredibles and many others.
