Books: My latest reads are Sputnik Sweetheart and The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami and Out Stealing Horses by Per Petterson. I've never been able to get into the fantasy genre with the exception of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Fire and Ice series. It's fantasy but with an emphasis on political intrigue. Embarrassed to say I just read the Great Gatsby... awesome! I could go on... these days it's mostly fiction.
TV: Adventure Time, Braking Bad, Buffy, Firefly, Freaks and Geeks, Game of Thrones... just a sampling.
Music: Some of my latest discoveries include LCD Soundsystem, Beachhouse, Atlas Sound, Girls, Real Estate, and Caribou. Kanye West's My Dark Twisted Fantasy is really good. I can always listen to jazz: Miles Davis, Coltrane, John Scofield (my favorite guitar player), MMW etc... I like all types of music really.
Food: Anything Asian: Indian, Thai, Vietnamese. Grapes, cantaloupe, carrots, most cuts of beef, eggs, Hot Pockets, ice cream, good sardines (King Oscar's Bristling Sardines off the coast of Norway) on saltines with hot sauce. I like the spicy.
