I have an adventurous spirit and love experiencing and trying out new things, but I am also grounded and stable (especially financially and emotionally). I prefer non-mainstream fare when it comes to music and film, and I'll always choose a non-chain restaurant over one that is. My list of �things that I can’t live without’ is small (my passport, my corkscrew, and my iPod), as is my list of �things that I dislike’ (NASCAR, hunting, and country music...although you gotta love and appreciate a good mullet when you see one!). But enough about me…...What about you? I’m looking for someone to share all of the above with, but who also has her own interests that she wants to share and/or teach me as well. Crucial adjectives would also include: kind, intelligent, creative, empathetic, adventurous, and, most importantly, happy. She would be curious about the world and passionate about life; having a good (and a bit quirky) sense of humor would be very nice as well. Loving music and/or travel would, of course, be a bonus. No Gretchen Wilsons or Ann Coulters, please. And while the mutual attraction thing is, of course, very important, our chemistry together would be the difference maker—so the “click” is even more important than the pic. Based on that experience, I thought it might be helpful if I mentioned what I was probably not interested in ........if your picture is so old that I will not be able to recognize you when we meet, then I am probably not interested (not because of how you may look now, but because I feel that is just a little dishonest).......if the first question you are going to ask me when I enter a restaurant and walk towards you is for me to turn around so you can see if my butt passes your inspection, then I am probably not interested......and if you are a widower who mentions over lunch that you are/were a suspect in your wife's death, then I am probably not interested. (and yes, those are just a few real examples of experiences I have had, but they do make for great humorous conversation with friends!)
Really, I am just an honest, trustworthy, and loyal person who is looking for the same in a partner. Having a good sense of humor and enjoying the little things in life would be a great plus, too. I enjoy life and love sports. I love the SEC, but do have one team that I support above the others (like my hat?) I would much rather talk to you or answer specific questions than type the same information here that everyone seems to type over and over again.
