Well first of all this is the hardest thing to do is write something about myself, I'm a pretty laid back and easy to get along with guy, i'm kind of the outdoor type i hate being cooped up in the house unless i'm cooking or working on my house, love camping, riding my motorcycle, hiking, love the mountains, the beach, just getting out on a weekend road trip when i have the time, watching collage football I'm a big Alabama fan, grilling out or just setting around a camp fire at nite, hunting and fishing, travel a little bit its no fun right now because i don't have someone to do that with, i work for a communication co. in Birmingham and really love my job so that keeps me pretty busy, their's still a few thing's i want to do just don't what some are right now, I usuallly workout about 3 or 4 days a week i haven't bought me a mountain bike yet but looking forward to that.

Today it rained and I wanted to climb in bed under the covers and watch chick flicks, but by the time work was over, the sun was out and it was a beautiful afternoon. I drove home with the radio jamming, the sun roof opened, and the windows down. What a beautiful way to de-stress from the day's work. I'm a pretty laid back and happy person most of the time. I can adapt to change quickly and easily most of the time. Afterall life throws things at us all the time. We can choose to adapt or fight it, I chose to adapt or go to plan B.
