Date men and women from Birmingham, United States. I'm a quiet person who usually listens more than I talk, but I'm looking for someone I can get to know and feel comfortable talking to about life, the universe, and everything.
I would love to share my hobbies--reading, video games, anime, movies, cooking, writing--and maybe even pick up a few new ones! I appreciate any kind of creative bent, as I love talking about writing, art, and music, and I've been writing since...I could write. I'm fascinated by quite a few places around the world and hope to do some travelling someday. On the home front, I enjoy going out to try restaurants around town or see a movie, but I also enjoy staying in.
I like to surround myself with a small circle of close friends without a lot of drama, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates that. My family is very important to me, as well as my Christian values and a philosophy of generally bringing the best attitude I can into any interaction. I believe we get out of any situation what we put into it.

I am kindhearted and loyal and I hope to find someone who shares the same values.
Date a girl from Birmingham, United States. My faith is a very important part of my life, so first and foremost I am a born and raised Catholic girl. I am and always will be a Catholic. Secondly, my family plays a very important role in my life. We are a very close knit group, even though I now live a few hours away from them, I was born and raised in Mobile, Al. Most of my family lives there & so I visit there often enough. The rest of the family is scattered & we do our best to stay in touch. Third, my work is very important to me. I absolutely love my job. I work around 50 hours a week currently. I work at St. Vincent's Hospital in Health Information Management (HIM); I graduated in May 2009 from UAB with a bachelor of science in Health Information Management and a minor in Accounting. The next most important thing in my life is my sorority, and my sisters really are part of my family. I am an alumnae member of Delta Gamma sorority, although I am not and never was the typical sorority girl. For me right now, life could be no better. I enjoy reading, competitive swimming (I was a swim coach at home), traveling, etc. If you want to know more just ask. IРІР‚в„ўm usually not the first to initiate the conversation, as IРІР‚в„ўm a bit shy at first & a bit embarrassed to be out here. But, IРІР‚в„ўve had some friends who meet friends, boyfriends, & husbands out here, so IРІР‚в„ўm giving it a try.
As far as what I'm looking for, I'm looking for a guy who I can spend the rest of my life with who becomes my best friend. I am looking for a serious relationship (in time, not immediately) but I am tired of playing games; I am ready to settle down. I can't really describe how/what I'm looking for, I'm just looking for someone who I can easily hang out with for the rest of my life. A few things though, he does need to be a gentleman & a nice person. No this doesn't mean he has to pay for everything & lay down his coat over puddles, so I don't have to step in the water, but rather a guy who knows how to treat a girl with a bit of southern charm.
Meet people from Birmingham, United States. I'm a delight! :"Don't be bipolar be bi-winner"and don't miss your chance on all of this "tigers blood and Adonis DNA!" (What a disaster) I want to see Birmingham and hang out! I love a great sense of humor and some common sense is essential. I think all the vital details about a person are too complex to sum up in a profile and can only be determined over time.
