I have 2 older brothers so I was a bit of a tomboy growing up- don't get me wrong... I still rock dresses and heels, but sometimes there's nothing better than lounging around or snuggling on the couch.

Well….my name is Jennifer. or Jen. Just never Jenny.
I am an easygoing person who loves to be around people. I love to laugh, and I want to be with someone who makes me laugh and smile. I love to go out, but am perfectly happy staying at home on the couch with someone I care for. I have a great career that I fell into on accident one day, and I am so glad it worked out! I rarely get jealous, and I believe that to keep a relationship strong, you can't spend every waking moment with your partner, otherwise the chemistry gets lost.
I have more than one best friend, which sounds somewhat hypocritical, but they all are truly my best friends :) Most of them are married, getting married, have kids, or planning on it reallllllly soon. I, on the other hand, got married too young for my own good, messed it all up, but I now know exactly what I do and don't want in a man and a relationship.
I am absolutely hilarious (obviously haha) and rather outgoing. Unfortunately I think it can come off as intimidating sometimes, but oh well. My friends continue to tell me that I wear my heart on my sleeve…but I will probably never really admit to that. I typically put other people first, but I am learning that in order to make others happy…I should think about myself sometimes too. I love to sing. Karaoke, professionally, in the car, at work, to myself, on the dance floor…but I never sing in the shower. I love to dance and go dancing. I grew up dancing as a kid…so I think I am stuck with that for the rest of forever.
I graduated with a BA in Professional Photography in 2007 and couldn't even drink at my own graduation party cause I hadn't turned 21 yet. I love the French language, but I don't know much of it so it is a goal of mine to be fluent in French at some point in my life! I use too much punctuation when I write, as well as smiley faces. Basically I could never mask myself in the written word. Everyone always knows itРІР‚в„ўs me when I am emailing or talking for that matter. Not to mention the dead giveaway of just plain talking too much.
I am responsible, I pay my bills, I have a big girl job, and sometimes I wish I could be a little kid again so I don't have to do any of that :) but in all reality, I love being an adult and learning more about the world and myself every day. I have led an interesting life thus far, and have started writing my memoirs. I should probably have started a long time ago though because my memory itself is pretty terrible. I am abnormally honest, but simply because I am a terrible liar and get the worst guilt trips youРІР‚в„ўve ever seen.

Basically, what I am looking for is an open MAN. No boys need apply. I need a MAN who loves me for exactly who I am because although I am great at compromise and negotiation…I don’t think that anyone is that great at changing. Someone who is funny and enjoys making me laugh. Someone who can take care of me but is ok with the fact that I am perfectly capable taking care of myself. Someone who is honest with me, but more importantly themselves. No one is perfect…so I just want someone to grow together with.
Writing this thing was probably the most uncomfortable thing I have done in a while so it is coming to an end. All in all...I think "Jennifer" pretty much sums it up!
