Date a man from Auburn, United States.
Everything was going so smoothly with my profile until I came to this part. So here goes nothing. I grew up in a college town in Alabama. Played soccer for most of my life including playing in college so I guess you can say it is a pretty big part of my life. I am one of those people that loves to be around others. I really enjoy the outdoors and love going to the mountains or the beach. I think my friends would describe me as someone with a good sense of humor. I love to joke around a lot but I do know when to be serious too. Life should be fun and not so serious all the time.
In another person I am looking for someone who can always joke around with me but does know when to be serious. Someone that has a good head on their shoulders. Knows what they want to do in life and is doing what they need to do to reach those goals. I also like someone that is very friendly and everyone loves. The most important physical feature to me would be a girl's smile. I love a smile that both lights up their face but also lights up the whole room. Cuteness goes a long way for me.
Ive gotten a lot of questions about this so I think it is time for me to address it. Im really looking for someone I have a connection with and realize this girl might not be living in my back yard. That is why I put 5000 miles. So basically distance isn't an issue for me. It is more about the connection you can build with someone. If I wink at you and we don't live close to each other just let me know if that is an issue for you. No hard feelings. I completely understand.
Meet people from Auburn, United States. People who I deal with say I am shy guy but not all the time. I am a funny person so far, currently I am working toward achieving my graduate degree. I am looking for a smart, beautiful helpful, and gorgeous women. I have several hobbies such as horseback riding, swimming, hanging out and having fun.
Date someone special from Auburn, United States. I am giving this a shot! Why not? I've heard good things and I don't really have anything to lose I guess. I have yet to meet the girl of my dreams standing in line at Winn Dixie yet so I am willing to go outside of my comfort zone and put myself out there. Maybe I should start going to Publix......So I couldn't decide which profile picture to go with. I was thinking about either putting my first two fingers up, tilting my hand sideways, and putting my most gangster face OR standing in front of the mirror without my shirt on and flexing, but I decided against both of those ideas, as tempting as it was.
This is my philosophy in a nutshell:
I think about our forefathers all the time and how they accomplished so much and got so incredibly far in their journeys without a GPS. I wish people would stop being so mean to one another. Love is greater than Fear. MY conclusion: The Beatles were right! I like hip hop music and I dislike country!! Rock and Roll saved my life! I'm sure country music has saved someone's life, but it was NOT mine! I'll take Humility over money. I like daytime naps. I believe Karma is empirical evidence of the spiritual realm. I don't like arrogant people. Or anyone who imposes their will on others for that matter. I believe that athiests can have a strong spiritual life without their knowledge or even their permission. Tim Kasher is my hero. The Natives were right. And Restless. I remember when the Chuck Norris jokes started. I was there!! I did not mean to sound like a hipster just then. Damn it!! I am NOT a hipster! I DO NOT wear skinny jeans. Nor do I use emoticons or abbreviations of phrases like LOL or IMAO. If I have to micro manage my life I will not make it. I believe in meditation. I love Christian Slater in True Romance. I wish I had more money, even though I know it would not make me any happier. I love my Mac! Music is the pathway to the spirit. I believe in miracles. I think my life is one. I CANNOT take myself too seriously. Life is too short and simply too funny! I believe God has a sense of humor. I believe the road is open to all men and women. I have seen my own weaknesses and strengths . I have rubbed elbows with the well-to-do and realized I am not one of them. But I could be if I desired to. But I don't. I like Real people. I have experienced all of Life. I think if someone reads this and it makes sense, we may just be compatible.
My other half would be someone who would headbutt Paris Hilton. Someone who does not drink the kool aid. Someone who knows Jiu Jitsu. Someone who does not know all the names to the Desperate Housewives. Someone who has a pretty singing voice. Someone who is not afraid to cry. Someone who is not afraid to share themselves with strangers. Someone who likes John Kennedy. Someone who knows why Malcolm X disbanned himself from the Black Muslims. Someone who likes The Toadies. Someone who has eaten Densum in Chinatown in Seattle. Someone who listens to LCD Soundsystem as well as 2pac. Someone who is not jealous of my orange jacket. Someone who wears their scars proudly when it serves a purpose. Someone who is not ashamecd of their past mistakes. Someone who is the polar opposite of me while acting as my mirror. Someone who respects simplicity. Someone who llives their life instead of making plans for it.
Meet single man from Auburn, United States. Normal laid back guy who doesnt want drama and just wants to be happy. Love to laugh and enjoy life when possible but always work hard and stay focused. I am looking for someone with the same ideas on how to approach life and how to solve everyday problems without letting them overwhelm you and bring you down. Someone who will stand up and fight for me but also be secure enough in themselves and me that they do not get upset when things arent going perfect.
Date a soulmate from Auburn, United States. Details about me...
I am a single, disease free guy (paraphrased Old School reference. Don't freak out just yet). I own a car and a house. I have a salaried, full-time job that's stable. I have two English bulldogs that have been with me since around 2003. I do not have a criminal record, am not on any kind of offender registry, I'm not a smoker, not an alcoholic (but I do drink), and am not a drug user (though I won't deny that I have had friends that were). I have two undergraduate degrees from Auburn University. One is in Criminology and one is in Finance. Thinking about going for a third but haven't decided on what it'll be in. Since the first two are so related maybe Rocket Science. Despite all of that I have other career goals and I'm constantly working towards them.
Ok now the fun stuff after all of that dull, vanilla stuff. I have two tattoos and both hold very special meaning to me. I have no regrets about either of them and explaining their meaning to someone is a big deal to me. I keep a list in my head of designs and if an appropriate event happens that I would like to remember I go to my list. Honestly, I hope I never have to go to the list again but you can't predict life. These things aren't like the usual tattoo a baby's face on me or put a wife or girlfriend's name on me by the way. It goes deeper than that. Some of the things that caused me to get the tattoos have made me realize life is an experience and I want to do the things that most people say they will do "one day" but never do. I love to be spontaneous and I would love for someone I date to really help me find ways to keep life interesting together.
Even if you aren't interested in me, do me a favor and one day just be an idiot and laugh at yourself... or do one thing that no one would ever expect you to do. Laugh at your flaws and flaunt your strengths. Life's too short to be self-conscious.

Date a man from United States. Greetings! I have just moved to Auburn and am hoping to meet a friend. I love to travel and definitely plan to see what's going on in ATL, B'Ham, Montgomery and all other surrounding areas.
I am an atmospheric scientist, and I work as Chief Meteorologist for a private meteorological company in Auburn. I have recently earned my M.S. and I am currently working on my Ph.D. I am a salsa dance teacher, a poet and I am active within my church and community. I also like to design websites and work with kids. I love to learn and education is a constant in my life.
Who am I looking for?
Someone who would like to go out and try different things. Someone who can challenge me intellectually. Someone who has something to say about what she sees in the world. Someone who loves to travel. Someone who is kind but not mistaken for weak. Someone who knows how to cook and looks good doing it. Someone who is flawed but understands that it's a part of the beautiful human experience. Someone who won't hesitate to roll up her sleeves and do some work. Someone who knows the cool, outside-the-box events and places to go to. Someone who is as naturally gorgeous in jeans and a t-shirt as she is in an evening gown, heels and full make-up (that is, if she even needs make-up...) Someone who knows that her strength, beauty and intellect are precious gifts to be used with consecrated care.
Is this you?
I hope to hear from you soon!
Meet people from United States. I am down to earth, laid back, easy going and stress free. I love being outdoors, the ocean and anything to do with it. My closest friends would describe me as dependable, fun and easy to talk to. I'm hoping to attract someone who is also stress free, honest, well educated, shares common interests ...
Date someone special from United States. Hi, I'm a french expat' working in Auburn since one year. I come from Paris, so living in Auburn is quite a big change... but I like it ! People are usually warm and friendly and the weather is just great. Looking for some more connections and good times.
Meet single man from United States. So why am I here? Well, my last relationship lasted two years and while she was a great girl our views on many important issues could just never be resolved. It made the relationship tougher than it needed to be, but when you care about somebody you try to make it work.....and then you try some more .....rinse....repeat.
She had a super specific list of things she wanted and I'm more open minded about that. So i figured these sites may help me skip through a lot of those issues upfront. I like spending a lot of time with whoever I'm with, but not every minute. if you have likes that I don't and vice versa that isn't a big deal to me, but that doesn't mean I'll fall in love with what you like but I'll support you doing it and I'll participate, with a smile on my face. I'm only grumpy to mean people.
I'm a loyal guy. Never.....ever......cheated on a woman and never will. That is one deal killer for me. Can't trust someone after that.
Here is all I'm looking for in a woman (five things)
1. If you want me to do something for you ask nicely. 9/10 you'll get it. seriously that often. no worse than 8/10 depending on the type of requests you make.
2. if you don't get what you want don't throw a fit and make my life miserable. I'm not looking to be anyone's parent. I need a partner.
3. Don't be cruel. Don't say things to get a rise out of me because you crave attention. That attitude will just drain a guy, at least this guy.
4. accept me for me. I really do try to compromise but I can't become a different person.
5. if you are mad don't hold it in until you are ready to burst. that's unhealthy and see (#1,2,& 3).
I've been told I have a good sense of humor but it just comes out, not sure where from. Most of the funniest stuff I say is completely on accident. I think that is what makes people laugh the most cause I'm just commenting on something that seems interesting. I'd say my humor is like Lewis Black.
Really try to think of others when i make decisions or comments but I can be a pain in the ass. maybe too sarcastic sometimes.
I rarely start arguments but if one gets started over some nonsense I'm not gonna just take it. Ladies looking for a punching bag should move along.
As far as what i'm looking for in a relationship? Just a girl that can be my friend and not put herself over me. I'll do that part myself.
a girl that doesn't mind me writing her cheesy poems or songs (especially if I've pissed you off). ;)
a girl that will just speak her mind but be mindful of how she spea
Date a soulmate from United States. I absolutely hate writing about myself (disclaimer). I'm a young professional pretty focused on my career. I still love Auburn, especially on game days. I'm looking for fun loving girl who likes similar things such as traveling, outdoors, and the occasional lazy day; but also differ enough from myself to bring on new adventures.
Meet men and women from United States. Looking for a partner in life to spend good times and visit great places with! People say I'm a great friend with an awesome personality who loves to have fun in life. I'm a very positive person and try not to get down about the hills and valleys of life.
