I tend to be very open to different perspectives and new experiences, at least in comparison to a lot of other people who have also grown up in Alabama. (I'm proud of being from here... don't get me wrong.... but, for me, being proud of being a Southerner and loving/wanting to improve Alabama doesn't have to mean thinking that "the way things have always been done" is the right way to do things.)
My job involves helping college students learn to become better servants and leaders. I'm passionate about making a difference, and I'm absolutely committed to making my life about helping other people, not just accumulating money and power.
