Ok, before launching upon this endeavor I thought I'd look at a sampling on my brethren and what they wrote…..whoa I was soon
transfixed like a dog watching a hamster parade behind a glass door. No offense I'm sure they're great guys with a multiplicity of favorable qualities, however one would need to be dipped in an ice bath whilst receiving a coffee IV to stay awake through more than 2. So it dawned on me you guys can't possibly be reading these things lest you slip into a mini-coma. "I like walks on the beach….cuddling on the couch, traveling yet staying at home, fine dinning yet relaxed eats at home…bla…bla…bla who doesn't? So take the all the basics of the other profiles and yes that's me too........well except for the guys that like nascar and hanging out at the river, I can't get into that.
But crud, what do I write….hmmmmmmm…perhaps on the subtle nuances of the great culinary debate……………waffles vs pancakes…nope too much gluten. I eventually settled on one of 2 stories. So read A. too feel what a vacation to Vail would be like…………or the traditional B if you need some sleep.
A.
Nestled within a bosom of spruce, aspen and lodgepole's just off the top of chair 4 we notice the shadows wafting across the powder gifted decent before us. Basking in the crimson sunset casting a magenta splash upon the distant mountain peaks, the smiles upon our faces bespoke of a most magical day. The chair lift had already stopped for the day, It was last call, one final ineffable dance down the mountain through the trees.
There was a slight crisp to the pine sweetened air. Scurrying through our mind like a seductress were thoughts of dinner and wine while listening to acoustic guitar followed by the massage in front of the fire I promised you. But we're still on the mountain, the powder is knee deep, crowds are gone, life at this very moment is perfect.
Ok perhaps a bit much but it was fun to write.

Happy person who realizes life zooms by so I try and enjoy it moment by moment. I'm not dogmatic or particularly argumentative. Drama I prefer at the movies. Good family life with everyone still close. I've been pooped on by a gorilla in Uganda and swam with humpback whales in the caribbean as well as scarfed the fine pizza of New York, to mention a few of the travel highlights. I work out regularly and don't feel my age, except when reading the bill in a restaurant..........damn those low lights. Still like to bump ski, mountain bike, surf and do jui jitsu.
I'm curious and passionate. Love what I do.
