We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful state, with some of the best ski resorts at such close proximity. And yes, like most living in Colorado, I also enjoy skiing a lot, and try to go up to the slopes as much as I can. I tried learning snow boarding but gave up before getting over the learning curve. For the time being, quite happy with my skis, but the snow board in the garage is begging to be picked up again.
There are bunch activities I am really interested in, but will need lessons in, such as golf and tennis. With the weather warming up so early, it is hard not to think about outdoor activities. Is it time to go white water rafting yet????
Recently I have discovered that I really enjoy cooking. I found it to be a great way to relax, and rewarding (when it turns out as expected :) I know, I definitely need improvement. Perhaps a cooking class is in my near future.
Going out for sushi is always a favorite, but I have found some really neat places to dine as well.
Intelligent conversations, silly jokes, romantic dinners, dancing, movies, spontaneous weekend trips, international travel, sailing, swimming, volleyball are some of the activities I enjoy.

Meet a soulmate from United States. Like most people on here, I don’t like describing myself and don’t really know where to begin. But here goes…I grew up on the east coast and came to Colorado for college. I’ve lived here on and off ever since, in the mountains and in the city. Although I love the east coast and get back several times a year to see friends and family, I definitely consider Colorado home. I quit my corporate job a few years ago and have spent the last three years traveling- riding a motorcycle throughout s america, drinking mojitos in havana, surfing in indonesia and nicaragua, eating ridiculosly good street food in viet nam and thailand. I am a successful and confident person that always takes the "glass is half full" approach. I like to make people laugh (pardon my poor attempts earlier) and have had 7.5 people tell me that I am charming (mostly family) and don't ask about the .5 - long story.
I am open-minded, laid back, like to try new things, and am comfortable being uncomfortable - life is too short to walk around stressed out all of the time! I have a 5 year old daughter. She is the light of my life and is a daddy's girl. The sun rises and sets with her; she is my everything. Speaking of family, we recently rescued a Bulldog named Bruno. As far as what I am looking for? It's all about chemistry and connection for me - someone that gives me those 15 year old "crush" feelings every time I see and talk to her - gotta have that spark; someone who challenges me and makes me want to be a better person. I am assuming that most guys would give the cookie cutter answer - dinner and a movie. Although that is fine, I prefer to base the date on what I know about the woman. If she is outdoorsy, perhaps a hike; if she likes to dance, maybe a nice club; if she is spontaneous, let's go to Vegas; if she likes the arts maybe the museum or comedy club ;if she is shy, something that will make her feel comfortable and get her out of her shell. I love to be outside. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is. I need fresh air. I love the big, bold, blue sky and the crazy clouds, storms, wind and weather that we get in Colorado. I love to sit and watch dark, eerie, agitated clouds roll in and ride out. It’s all super soothing to me. I don’t know why people freak out when it snows. It’s still so exciting for me. I am a tinker. That means I am willing and able to take things apart and figure them out, fix things and build things. I’m not about to build a deck or an addition to the house but I will build a computer. I may not change a carburetor but I will install fans, lights, switches, garage door openers, stereos, wireless networks and firewalls, shower heads, faucets and I can hang anything perfectly straight and it will never move.
I like to travel and do a lot. I have traveled Europe extensively – I lived in London - and I travel for work pretty often. I want to go spend time in South America next.
