Date someone special from United States. Well, I am new to this whole online thing, I actually used to laugh when people said that met someone online. I guess I decided to try it out because I figured it can't hurt to try. I try to see the positive in whatever situation I am in. I can pretty much have fun doing anything as long as I am with people that have a positive attitude about it as well. I moved here about 3 years ago from Michigan and would like to meet some fun new people.
We're all a little weird, and life's a little weird. And when we find someone who's weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.
Meet a girl from United States. I grew up in New England, went away to a boarding school for high school, lived in Colorado, Texas, and California in the past six years. I've traveled to three continents and eight countries and nearly every state and have enjoyed them all. I suppose someday I'll settle down in one place, but I have no idea where or when.
I enjoy lots of various activities--I like a night out as much as I like a night in. I like to run--it's a great stress reliever for me. I'm a huge fan of downhill skiing. I absolutely love to dance, but since moving to California almost a year ago I haven't gone out dancing even once! (I'll admit though, I do dance in my kitchen pretty often.) Do you like to dance?--We should go out dancing ;-)
I have no problem speaking in public or to large audiences. I like thoughtful and challenging conversation, but in smaller settings (one-on-one) I can tend to shy away from some of the more intimate/personal topics. I'm terrified of snakes in the most illogical, paralyzing and petrifying sense. I love to sing along with the radio. I find it comforting to sit out and watch the moon and stars. I love rocking chairs (yet, don't own one). I think I'm a pretty real person--I have goals and fears, I'm not perfect, I'll cry during a sad movie and blush when I'm embarrassed or really angry.
I work full time and I'm going to school overtime trying to finish my Master's degree in just over a year...I'll be done by the first of July!!
I am ambitious and driven--some would even say intense. Some of my goals for 2012 include running 12 half-marathons in 12 months (I've done seven so far...I think my next one will be the Davis Moonlight Half in July), and applying to law school (have any LSAT tips to share?). Between now and October, my focus is on the LSAT, but after that I might entertain the idea of a triathlon or two...I'd love to meet Mr. Right too, if he exists ;-) Is it you? Might it be? Humm...
Health/Fitness and Beauty/Fashion magazines are my "brain junk food" of choice. I enjoy reading mysteries, but it's been a long time since I read a book just for myself. I spend my time reading for school and for work--reading for pleasure has taken a backseat, but I did recently make an exception and read all three of the Hunger Games books in about a week. It reminded me that I enjoy reading and should read for pleasure more often.
I don't watch many movies. I'm horrible at movie quotes. I never remember movie titles. If you're going to ask, chances are I haven't seen it. I don't dislike going to movies, it's just not something I ever made a habit of doing.
TV: I like crime dramas and medical dramas. SVU, Rookie Blue and Private Practice are a few examples. I also enjoy The Biggest Loser and Parenthood. Once Upon A Time is a recent guilty pleasure, and a friend of mine suggested Person of Interest, which sounds like a show I'd enjoy.
I'm a HUGE country music fan. HUGE!! Recently, I've been on a big Eric Church and Jason Aldean kick. Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton and Jake Owen frequent my iTunes playlists too. I've seen a lot of great concerts--it's probably time for another one soon! And I love to line dance. Copperhead Road is probably my favorite ;-)
I'm looking for someone who is equally real. I don't want to rush into anything but I do want to find that one person who is right for me.
Date a soulmate from United States. I'm sure like everyone on here I'm trying to find the right person. Starting Anatomy and Physiology in June which are my last classes needed to apply to the dental hygiene program!
I love my family and friends more than anything, I hate drama, I love dirtbiking and snowboarding.
I am NOT into skinny guys... I prefer someone larger than me! I am 5'6... 145lbs... so seriously ADD 25 lbs to you and 6 inches at least!
I am starting to volunteer with the national guard - air force monthly doing exams for our amazing troops!
I have done my part the last 2 years as a volunteer at RAM (Remote Area Medical) helping those who are less fortunate in need of dental care and love donating my time! I also did Smiles for Kids in February with my Dr and we are thinking of opening our office one Saturday bimonthly to donate our time for those in need! =)
I did my first enduro race on 4/21 at cow mountain with my dad and it was amazing! Looking forward to more training for the next season! Also doing upgrades to my bike to make sure she's ready for it!
I'm not a girl that's into sports but I wouldn't be opposed to watching a game.
I like to do things on a whim... I just cut all my hair off and have an Aline now! It's different but spunky like my personality. I'm sure I'll grow it out soon and start going blonde for the summer!
I just got a tattoo on my side in memory of my grandparents. It's way bigger than I expected but its amazing and shows everything I'm about! So if you're not really into large pieces you probably wouldn't like this!
I'm proper and from a small town but I can be a total spitfire too! Watch out guys!
