4/12 - Realized that I probably need to say that for me to be interested - the Person I'm with must be able to express themself and communicate. I'm not the type of person you would ever be with at a restaurant or coffee bar, and be at a loss of words - I know how to keep a conversation going, but it does take two to make that happen. I have to be mentally stimulated, but not bored... Yeh - a Guy that actually knows what he wants and needs - besides _ _ x.
Have come to the realization that besides chemistry, and just liking someone - we must have some similar beliefs in religion and politics. In regards to religion - I don't care if you practice a religion, but if you are not open to the possibilities or willing to explore beliefs in God - we probably won't work. I want to believe - I just struggle with it. If you are highly opinionated in politics, right or left - we probably won't be a fit either... (Let me clarify this - some People are intellectual enough to maintain a strong opinion about something, while at the same time being respectful and open minded about the subject - that is healthy).
You wouldn't find me sitting around watching a bunch of TV, but I love the right movie/sports game, popcorn and a couch Buddy to cuddle with. I like to be active - tennis, walking, running and bike riding - not extreme, but do like this. An open fire with good company and the right beverage is very high on my list for great times.
Any day I'm near a body of water (lake, ocean or river) is a good day. I enjoy being outside as much as possible. Like doing stuff around the house - yardwork is fun!! I like playing tennis USTA singles, doubles mix. Would like to find someone to explore Arkansas with (hiking, running, kayaking (sp) etc..)
My Ipod has over 900 songs. Although I haven't been to many - I like going to concerts. I like John Mayer (sp) Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, etc, and some of the music from the 70's 80's.
PS - If you know who Christian Grey is - I couldn't get past Ch 8 in the book - yikes, and I was a Marine, and it made me red just reading it....
