I am an affectionate person who enjoys and believes in having communication, chemistry, and commitment in a relationship. Speaking of balance, I do enjoy the intamacy and closeness of a relationship but I'm not into smothering or being smothered. I am independent but would enjoy spending my time with that someone "Special" and I would make time for her! I don't have any children and am comfortable if my partner does. I think at times children can make us reflect on what's really important when we get too caught up in the hustle and bustle of work.
I enjoy many different things in life. I am a huge Razorback fan, especially football but I like Hogs basketball and baseball as well. Being outdoors is fantastic due to the multiple offerings it has. It can be as simple as working in the yard, grilling out, fishing, canoeing or escalating up to cycling, hiking, or swimming. Staying active is important to me because it not only keeps you fit physically but mentally as well. I would want the woman I'm with to also be of the same mindset. On the flip side there are times to chill at home and just enjoy each others company. Enjoying the warmth of a fireplace on a cold rainy weekend under a blanket watching movies or whatever else comes to mind.
Traveling is something else I enjoy. Going to a beach or seeing/exploring places that offer an expanse of visual beauty can be so inspiring. It's fun to go and just experience all that's out there. It could be in the U.S. or over seas. It doesn't matter it's out there for us to experience. Europe is still on my bucket list! I also love taking photos. It can capture a moment in time that's priceless.
I do enjoy my friends and would want my partner to be someone who is comfortable in that social aspect of my life as I would be for her. I do like to entertain and have friends over for a cookout or preparing something in the kitchen. Cooking is fun but it's better to share the experience with someone while enjoying some vino or beverage of her choice (music in the background is always a nice touch)! As far as music goes I listen to a wide variety. It really depends on my mood. I can listen to Sinatra all the way to Pearl Jam. Since I did bring up food, I do enjoy dining out as well. Going to a nice candle lit restaurant that has great ambiance or a fun/lively place is fine with me.
