. What I have done and where I am today in my life- I am very" Thankful" for.. I am very blessed to have a beautiful 13 1/2 yo daughter that brings much joy and happiness to my life! I have joint custody with her daddy- so she lives with me 1/2 the time. I can honestly say that children need the love of both parent's.. I am a Labor & Delivery nurse that I enjoy tremendously! I have been on this unit for 11 yrs. and I find it very rewarding! Don't get me wrong- it is kinda busy and crazy at times- but it keeps the challenge going! I can't see myself doing any other type of nursing- bringing a newborn baby into the world is just so amazing! I also have an office at my house that I am a consultant for 2 other businesses- which allow's me much flexibility......... It's nice because I only work 8 day's a month at the hospital and the other's when I want too! What I feel is most important to me in life is being "Happy"- mostly with yourself, your children & family, career, & friends! I am very family oriented- 1/2 my family lives here and 1/2 in Michigan. I travel to Mich. 2-3 times a year for a visit. I also spend a lot of time with friends- go shopping, doing lunch, dinner's, go out dancing, having BBQ's, and sometimes just hanging out at home! I am a very caring, affectionate, honest, financially stable, & loving person- that is looking for the same...I am not materialistic- but I do like the finer things in life ( I'm not the kind of person that tries to keep up with the Jones's)...
