. This is my third attempt to post this. Rest assured that the other two were pure genius works of art and quite poignant. But since they are now in this void of cyberspace you will never know of my utter brilliance! LOL So here we go again: First off, how does one describe themselves without appearing pretentious, arrogant or merely ridiculous? I am a rather outgoing individual and am comfortable in most settings. Can play outdoors all day and then jump in the shower for a evening out at the symphony/art gallery/museum/ballet/theatre. Can be one of the guys but still love to do the girlie things like mani/pedicures.
I am an RN, came out to Arizona for a travel nursing assignment and decided to stay around for awhile. So many great places that I still need to explore! Will eventually move on.....unless something strikes my fancy! Afterall, life is what happens while u are busy making plans!
I have a charmed life actually. I am blessed with good health, a great network of friends, a job I truly enjoy. Not looking to be saved/rescued. Looking more for a partner, you know that special person that you want to talk to first thing in the morning and the last one at night. The one you can't wait to share a stupid or funny story with. That person that you can communicate with without saying a word. Someone who truly "gets me" and still loves me even when I am being a royal pain in the ass. I love to debate-hate to argue, and believe me there is a difference.
I thrive in the outdoors in the warmth of the summer's sun. Anything water related, and I'm usually game. I love to whitewater raft, ducky (inflatable kayak) jet ski, swim, boat, and parasail. SCUBA diving is my newest love! Next adventure will be jumping out of a perfectly good plane, care to join me?
Not so great as far as winter sports. Me on a pair of ski's is rather comical and rest assured you would be laughing at me instead of with me. Grew up in Florida...need I say more?

I must admit I am a total pushover for kittens, puppies, and playing peeka-boo with babies. I enjoy a little romance, but would consider myself more passionate, than romantic. But I would never turn down a candle-lit dinner, dancing, soft music and flowers (with the right man, of course).....on second thought maybe I do have a touch of the romantic in me too! :)
I am attracted to articulate, intelligent, educated, witty, physically fit, charming, somewhat sarcastic, attractive men (let's face it, chemistry is a factor). Sense of humor is essential for I truly love to laugh. Sometimes with you, sometimes at you! I tend to date slightly younger men, for they seem to have the energy/stamina needed to keep up with me! Now for the things that unfortunately need to be said: If you do not have a Recent picture posted, don't contact me. Fair is fair. I am truly unphotogenic, and yet I have pics posted. When you say that you are a few extra pounds, I feel that means someone who is less than 20 pounds overweight. Any more than that is actually not a few pounds. Having 3 chins does not classify as a few pounds. Don't mean to appear cruel, just believe in being honest with each other not to mention, ourselves. Smokers and I are not a good match and definitely no couch potatoes! An occasional rainy Sunday afternoon snuggling on the sofa together is quite delightful but I believe that life is to be lived and is not a spectator sport. Good luck to everyone with their search.
