I like hiking (both on and off trail), and backpacking. I prefer to do no more that 15ish miles on a day

I've been called nice, "sweetie", a good kisser and intelligent. My tendency is to describe myself as being creative, analytical and one who chooses his friends wisely.
My interests include music, songwriting, the electric guitar, BBQing, target shooting, visiting ghost towns, ham radio, nature, hiking, exploring (preferably via four wheel drive!), and photography. I have a sense of humor that covers a broad spectrum and I have been known to play the occasional harmless prank on my co-workers, but never on anyone I've ever dated. I like cats, and in 2007 I adopted a pair of kittens. They are both sweet boys, and they have grown up to be very fine cats.
