Alright, obviously I’m a wiseass. Now that we have that out in the open, perhaps I should try to be a bit more sincere.
I am a life-long musician and artist. I believe that life moves to its own soundtrack and therefore not just anything will do. There is a perfect song for every moment. Sometimes it’s just a simple beat or a cadenced rhythm and other times you’re backed by a full orchestra. I should add that my own personal soundtrack contains a lot of gutsy blues and old time soul. Lots of slide guitar and distortion pedals. It’s certainly not a Top 40 production. One would most likely have to go to an actual "record" store to find it.
On that topic, though I am technologically savvy and have a separate hard-drive just to store mp3’s, I actually still own a record player. I have a record collection (and by that I mean VINYL) that I am quite fond of. There’s just something about the raw sound and crackle of analog recordings. I can’t explain it; I just love it.
What else?.....I believe you've gotta be willing to work hard for what you want in life, but never miss a chance to stop and smell the dandelions. Never be afraid to voice your opinion, but also know & admit when your wrong...always enjoy your slice of humble pie. Always be willing to try anything...twice. And finally, never miss a chance to tell someone you love them; even (or especially) when you're at odds...you never know when it may be your last opportunity.
I absolutely love being outdoors, especially on warm and sunny summer afternoons. I enjoy building, working on, and riding motorcycles. I love tattoos and suppose I should disclose that I have several (since this might be a deal breaker for some women). I also have rather long hair at present and usually grow a full beard in the winter.
Family and friends are extremely important to me and I spend a lot of time with both. I have a beautiful little girl who is absolutely the light of my life. My parents are truly awesome people and are just as much two of my very best friends as they are my foundation and the loving couple that raised me. I have one sibling; a younger sister, whom I'm also very close with and very proud of.
