But seriously, i am just a normal person that likes to have fun, that is until the Bat symbol shows in the sky, then it's time to go to work. I have many talents. I can tie my own shoes, count to ten......with my eyes closed. I can even rub my head and tap my belly at the same time. Anyways, what am I looking for? My perfect woman would be depressed, psychotic (if you haven't been admitted at least once then you're not my type) and must be able to grow a beard faster than me. Okay, I'm just kidding. I would like a girl that is as goofy as I am and just knows how to have a good time. I like someone that I can talk to all day about anything and everything. Personality is everything. You must be witty and smart (if you can't count to 10 with your eyes closed than you are wasting your time). Nothing else matters really if you have those 2 qualities. I am fairly intelligent. It is something I take pride in and intelligence, in general, is something in which I place great value. This results in a strong attachment to logic and rationality and what’s impressive to me is knowing the “why”. Many people look at the stars and are impressed with their beauty. But for me what is really magical is understanding their nature, composition, the distance between them. Understanding that a star’s mass is such that gravity would cause it to collapse in upon itself if it weren’t balanced by the thermonuclear reaction which strives to blow itself apart, amazes me.
This trait reflects strongly throughout my character. I enjoy both philosophy and computers. I do have a tendency to be overly analytical. I can be fairly opinionated and get frustrated by stupidity insofar as it applies to willful ignorance. A result of which is that I don’t really like “people” as a collective, just specific individuals; as such, I am fairly comfortable with solitude. This is not to say that I need to be secluded, but, in general, I am not big on partying. Bars and clubs… not really my scene.
I am also a bit of a “hopeless” romantic. I truly feel there is nothing more valuable, or important, in this world than someone to love. To find someone who is a true companion, a best friend, confidant, to whom I can entrust all of myself, is something I greatly desire. If it isn’t already clear at this point, I have been told that, especially pertaining to romance, I can be a little “intense.”
I am a fairly honest man, with maybe a touch of chivalry. It’s not that I can’t lie as much as I really don’t like to; it makes me uncomfortable. I will typically tell the truth, even when I know it will cause me trouble.
Let’s see, other aspects of me… aside from philosophy and computers I enjoy video games, science fiction, anime, poker, pool, and chess (I definitely have some nerd in me). I do have a sense of humor which is, in some ways, unique.
I am a fairly “easy-going” person. To exemplify, if a waiter brings me a medium-well steak I ordered medium-rare, I’m not going to send it back. Depending on my mood, there’s a chance he could bring me fish and I won’t send it back.
What else… I believe I am the final reincarnation of the wizard Razmuh, here to be the messiah of the human race (there’s that odd sense of humor… there is no way the human race can be saved :-P)
Who I’m looking for:
The person who I am looking for is one I will eventually fall madly in love with. To that end, she is both willing and able of returning that love. She will not only have the capacity, but also the desire to show affection.
She is most definitely intelligent. By this I do not mean a genius IQ. Nonetheless, she is distinctly above average and at least somewhat intellectual. She has a strong, rational mind capable of critical thought. She is more than capable of thinking for herself and is able to change her opinion if the situation calls for it.
She also has a good heart. To elaborate, she is kind, compassionate, considerate, thoughtful, and “sweet.” She will frequently have a genuine desire to put my feelings and desires above her own. This is not to suggest I want my wants and needs to always come before hers; I will typically strive to put her first, frequently to the extent that I will not even voice my desires if they conflict with hers, and in this way we might find balance.
She is somewhat easy-going with a slightly cheerful disposition. She is not overwhelmingly demanding, needy, “high maintenance.” This is not to say she needs to be completely independent or self-reliant.
She is probably a bit of a nerd. At the very least she enjoys either video games or science fiction. Finally, a genuine smile matters, so please have a profile picture.
