After buying a 100 year old house, she refurbished it, and turned it into a cozy comfortable home for herself, and her РІР‚?furry childРІР‚в„ў, Bingo (Jack Russell mixed pound puppy, and companion extraordinaire).
Also in the previous chapters; the Heroine (still ME) has learned many lessons. She has learned, AT LAST, that all of the events that have taken place, the good and bad, the happy and sad, the laughter and tears, the joy and heartbreak, have brought her to this point in time, where she feels more comfortable in her skin than she has ever felt before. YIPPEE.
In addition, she has come to acknowledge and appreciate the things that bring her the most pleasure. She values time spent with family, and dear friends who have become family. She finds peace at the oceanРІР‚в„ўs edge, (always a sacred place for her). She can appreciate the peacefulness that comes when riding the back of a Harley; while traveling on the roads through Jerome and Sedona.
At the same time, she has held onto the things that have brought her pleasure thought out the years; movies, dinning out, wine tasting, walking with her furry child, and country western dancing, just to mention a few.
As she continues to be brave, stepping out of her comfort zone, she is trying new things. For example, she tried camping, and much to her surprise, and the SHOCK of those closest to her, she enjoyed it. She took lessons to learn to ride a motorcycle, and, let’s just say that didn't work out so well… and she is trying on line dating, (not sure how that will turn out, but, here she is). As continues her quest for �new things’ she also wants to learn to play pool, golf, learn to fire a gun AND keep her eyes opened while doing it; and so much more.
So, now we come to the part of the story where the РІР‚?HeroРІР‚в„ў enters. The РІР‚?HeroineРІР‚в„ў (still ME) doesn't need, or want a hero to РІР‚?saveРІР‚в„ў her; after all, she has already worked hard to РІР‚?saveРІР‚в„ў herself.
