Date someone special from Arizona, United States. Each one of us have come to this sight with something to say that will catch the eye of a special someone, and yes I would like that to happen too. I am a simple person that may not have traveled to see the wonders of the world, but I have been to places that have caused me to catch my breath in awe of the wonder that I am seeing in my world. My world, as I knew it, changed dramatically when my husband lost a very quick battle with cancer, and having been in that world for 40 years, I had some great challenges to face. That was in early 2007, and so I soon began to realize I wanted and needed a change. I lived in northern Nevada for most of my life, so when the opportunity presented itself to transfer with my job to Arizona a year and a half later, which meant I could be closer to my children and grandchildren, I took it. And so ended the many chapters of that life, and I began something brand new, living alone in a large metropolitan area. The best part was the area I moved to reminds me of the area I came from, farming and canals and ditches, but with a different landscape for mountains and scenery.
I have a very strong Christian faith that has kept me moving forward, looking for the brighter side of life, and even when everything seems to be so completely out of control, I am uplifted by the Lord. I have a great respect for the many different "religions" and if you were to ask me what religion I am the answer will always be...I am not religious, I just have a relationship with the Lord. It is not my place to "preach that my way is the right way", but it is my faith and ideal that if you asked, I will gladly explain to you why I feel the way I do, and show you how to verify and confirm this faith.
