Most of my family is back East (New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Ohio). I ventured out west after two years of grieving the loss of my husband in 2002. I have purposefully remained unattached for several years now as my younger years were spent pleasing the opposite sex and trying to make myself good enough to love. Traveling is one of my favorite activities.I just returned from a month long trip with HS girlfriends to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. Last year spent a month trekking all over the French and Italian Riviera (Cinque Terre was so beautiful). In April, I spent six weeks traveling through Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Austria and Germany. Taking planes, trains, buses, ships, and automobiles made traveling quite an adventure. Skied the Alps in Austria. Also, I love to spend vacations on live aboard sailboats, scuba diving and experiencing the world of the ocean. In July 2008, I was exploring Malaysia(Penang, Redong, Kuala Lumpar, Borneo, Kota Kinnabalu), Indonesia (Bali & Lombogden), and Singapore for two months,even was kicked out of China.(great story, now that I'm home).
I am a down to earth girl, who loves to have fun and laugh a lot; but polished enough to adhere to social etiquette. I play golf, love snow skiing, water sports, and any other activities which are fun and exciting.I owned horses and enjoy riding. I love to be around people, listening and having a wonderful time.
