I'm a history/secondary education major about to enter my sophomore year. I love history. I'm obsessed with it. I'm the guy everyone wanted on their jeopardy team in high school. However I also have an aptitude for being social, and have become good at avoiding sleep inducing rants about who invaded who and when.Though odds are I know. :)
Arguably the biggest part of my life is music. I'm currently with a band that has finished a 14 track record and is booking gigs in August. While I'm not naive about our chances, we're looking to get signed by a label as soon as we're ready. I'm a bit of a music snob, but my biggest influences are bands like Tool, Mudvayne, Chevelle, Karnivool, Deftones, NIN, Janus, etc.
I suppose some of the other "about me" subjects include my other interests and such. I love sports, NFL and NBA mostly. I have also been really into astronomy and the science of space in general. My brother has an incredible telescope, and I've had the pleasure of seeing most of our planets, crazy star clusters, and even two galaxies colliding. I suppose my final major interest/hobby is more of a disclaimer. I'm a huge gamer and nerd. It's beyond most people's comprehension though many seem to find it endearing, for whatever reason. I'm obsessed with science-fiction and fantasy movies/books and my inner nerd just grows hungrier by the day.
I look for someone I can banter with. I tend to tease and fake-argue with those I'm closest with, I guess it is a form of affection? If you're independent, intelligent, sarcastic, yet kind, than talk to me! If you're anywhere near as into music or history as I am I'll talk to you all day!! I'd list what I find most physically attractive, but I wouldn't want to alienate anyone. Just know that while I'm far from desperate, I am looking for a relationship. I'm not looking to rush anything, but far too often something gets lost in translation, so I just would like to make that clear.
