I am a very caring person and a very trusting person, and I do my best to make that known to the woman that I am involved with. I take life very seriously and I like to enjoy the things life has to offer. Things that have become very important to me over this last year has been going back to church when i have the opportunity, the gym and just staying active. I went thru a divorce over 2 years ago and let life run me over for awhile shortly after it. When life kicked me in the rear (i wanted to use the 3 letter swear word instead of "rear" but "match" denied my profile with that little word being used...so there ya go) I realized how much living under a shell can bring you down as well as everyone around you. I have been working very hard to make myself a better person both physically and mentally since then and want to find that certain woman who I can share lifes moments with. I love my 15 year old son very much and feel very blessed that I have him full time. I do though however feel fortunate that he is at the age where he is becoming more and more self-sufficient. It may sound selfish but its nice to know that I can do more things now without having to worry or even feel guilty about being away from him for an evening...or whatever else it may be. I want a woman who can and does enjoy what life has to offer...and that when lifes pressures hit, it doesn't turn them into the opposite of what they are.(I am talking long-term...anyone can have a bad day.) I know that life has its challenges but those challenges can only make you stronger. I enjoy doing things away from home, but I also very much enjoy staying home at times...watching movies, cuddling up on the couch after having a quiet dinner is something that is just as appealing. I enjoy Vegas, going to the ocean, and am always open to traveling to new parts of interest. I enjoy driving up to Sunrise or Snowbowl for a great weekend of skiing...and pretty much anything else outdoors...you just name it, lake stuff, quad-running, golfing, camping, hiking, and lets not forget about FOOTBALL SUNDAYS! I enjoy talking to the woman that I have interest in, and would hope that she feels the same. One of the things that I have learned from the past is how important communication is in order to make a meaningful relationship work...wether its with a lover or a friend.
