I am a independent, happy person looking for someone to spend time with. While I am a quiet person, I love to laugh, I have a quirky sense of humor I enjoy the simple things in life, but I also have traveled to many interesting places. I think chemistry is important in a long term relationship, but sometimes it doesn't happen at first meeting. I just recently have become a "gym rat". I cannot say that I enjoy the working out, but I do like the people I meet there, the feeling that I have accomplished something difficult for that day, and the effect that it is having on my body and my health. My goal is to finish a half marathon next year. Keep in mind that I say "finish", no mention that I will run the entire way or even place in the top 99%. I have never ever been a runner in my life... let's just see where this might take me. After all, we are all a "work in progress" all our lives!
I always work Sundays and I make a point of not staying up late on Saturdays so that I have the energy to make it thru a (sometimes) 14 hour day the next day. I also work Easter and Christmas Eve. You are welcome to join me there, but keep in mind... these are my biggest days. Picture a Super Bowl day for a sports team... that's my equivalent. Yes, I do work too much, but give me a reason to spend more time off!
