I really am a positive person, but experience with on-line sites has taught me to be direct and honest. A sense of humor is important, as well as a sharp mind. I take care of myself physically, and exercise on a regular basis. I tend towards science and technology, although I have an interest in art. I enjoy new experiences, but probably draw the line at jumping out of an airplane again :). But, I still scuba dive and have an interest in environmental issues. Being spontaneous is important, as well as planning; a balance can be struck between the two. I enjoy fine dining but also enjoy grilling a good steak. Definitely enjoy social gatherings, and also enjoy just relaxing with a glass of wine and reading a good book. I have traveled extensively throughout the world, but have yet to see Australia, Alaska, or China. I think it's important that two people be able to enjoy each others company and do things together (like travel), but it is also important to have your own space. Sometimes that is a tough balance to achieve, but it is possible as long as both parties are willing (as the saying goes, "It takes two to tango.").
