Date a soulmate from Fairhope, United States. I am looking someone that shares my love of music and going to festivals, dinner out with friends, enjoying outdoor activities, enjoys having a good time. I am an easy going person who likes to be around good friends and get out and have fun during my free time.
Meet a man from Fairhope, United States. I am seeking a wife a (Born Again Believer) of the Christian faith that will keep God first, last and best in her life. She must love the Lord above all things. I love the outdoors and enjoy exercise and do so some 5 times a week. I ride bikes, swim, walk, hike, canoe, kayak and use weights.
My kids and grandchildren are a big part of my life. I would like a woman who also shares the love of a family. Is also active in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
I love the simple things in life. My dominate love language is Affection and Acts of Service and the thing I enjoy the most in a relationship is simple acts of kindness, love and affection. I love the Lord beyond all measure. I love praise and worship music, enjoy studying the Word, scripture memorization, enjoy Christian fellowship and enjoy the outdoors.
I believe that the things we chose to do with the one we love need not be huge or extravagant but ordinary simple human things which give evidence of love and commitment. It’s that gentle touch, that kind whisper, that warm embrace; it’s the feeling of the joy you experience in each others presence. You experience their joy and their pain as well. When the one you love is down and hurting you reach out with love, kindness and warmth to support and lift them up. Love is not premeditated, it is spontaneous, it burst out in extraordinary ways and it comes naturally. It is a sovereign preference for one person over another.
When it comes to dating I believe that there are steps which are sovereignly designed that create and sustains healthy relationships. When any of those steps are skipped the present and/or future of that relationship is put in jeopardy. And, the steps were never intended to be accomplished in one date. Only as God leads should anyone move to the next step. Those steps would include but are not limited to physical attraction, eye contact, conversation, gentle touch, holding hands, a kiss, a warm caress, simple genuine affection and the final step of becoming one and uniting with that person is meant only within the confines of marriage and no where else under any circumstance.
Most relationships start with physical attraction (chemistry), mind attraction (interests), then soul (spiritual). I have found that is backwards. The Lords way is to be connected spiritually, then mentally, then physically. The physical will fade, the mental will change, but the spirit will remain the foundation. In saying that, we all have personal preferences. I don’t believe God expects us to get into a relationship where there is no physical attraction. However it cannot be the foundation. Anything built on any other foundation than Jesus Christ will be shaken. So the relationship must be built on the foundation of Christ’s love.
My work as a physician was very fulfilling. All of my work time was in Chicago, Ill. Returned back to my hometown of Fairhope, AL. I was blessed to be able to retire early. I will do some medical missions trips about 3 times each year which keeps me current up to date in the medical field and I am serving the Lord I love caring for His children.
I will not post my photo. I am tall, handsome man but what matters most is my heart. You can be a "knockout' yet be so selfish, self asborbed a person who has a good heart their beauty will radiate outward. We live in a world where much is placed on beauty/looks. I am an odd one I look at the goodness of a persons heart. I do all I do directly from the heart. If it is not from the heart then it is in vain. I am easy on the eyes, I want to be wanted for myself, not what I can provide for another or my looks. Love me for me so when I look at you I see your heart only for me.
I live in Fairhope, AL - retired to my childhood hometown.
One thing I hope we all have learned-When you are NOT chasing the wrong things, you give the right things a chance to catch you.
Date single man from Fairhope, United States. If you would have told me a few years ago that I would be placing a personality profile on a match website, I would have said “your crazy”. But life throws curves.
I was born and raised in T-town and graduated from the University of Alabama so I bleed crimson as in “Roll Tide”. Yes, I love SEC football. I also enjoy most outdoor activities, especially those associated with water (swimming, fishing, and boating).
I enjoy the beach and the mountains . To be honest, I can enjoy doing most anything with the right person.
I am not one to lie on the couch. I have to keep busy. I exercise almost daily. It helps to clear my mind and relieve stress. I enjoy my morning coffee and often read (usually spiritual or inspirational material) for quiet reflection time.
I believe in God, family, loyalty, commitment, trust, and honesty.
I like to laugh and make others laugh. Those that know me say I am kind hearted.
Meet someone special from Fairhope, United States. I am recently divorced after a long marriage and a very long separtion. I guess (I think) I want to enter the dating world. This seems as good a way as any. I am self employed. I have had an interesting work life and now I feel I need to spend more time doing the things that I like to do or have not been able to do. I would like a friend, to explore with, and enjoy the world. Not really interested in re-marriage, but then I am recently divorced. Not looking for sex (not against it you understand), but rather someone who wants to be with me becasue I am fun, interesting, and not that bad looking.
