I am very energetic and enjoy life. I have been divorced fro 12 years. I have raised my children and now I ready to invest in my personal life again. I love to travel! I own more tools than most men I know. If something tears up I don't usually call someone to fix it.....I do it myself. I love going to church, although I don't get the oppurtinity to go as often as I would like due to my profession as a nurse, hospitals are open on Sunday's and people are unfortunally sick on Sunday! I have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 wonderful grandchildren (and one on the way) they are the joy of my life. Most of the time I'm pretty flexible and think it is very exciting to decide at the last minute to pack a bag a go on a short trip.

I hear all these older people say how many years they have been married and it saddens me because I know because of my age that I will never be able to say I;ve been married for 60 years! I am independent and there are times that I like being by myself and 1xmo I do girls nite out.just saying I do not need another person or a man to define who I am. But it is nice to have a companion to do things with . I love being outdoors, kids, dogs, and pizza.
Some of my favorite things to do have to do with who I am. I always been a tomboy, a country girl who was raised in a small city in the south. I love picnics, watching sunsets on the river or lake with my dogs and good company; I love taking my dogs for walks. I am definatly a dog and kid person .. I love Fri night HS football AND SEC college football , cooking a big pot of gumbo or chili and sharing it with friends. I enjoy going to SEC and Barons baseball games with one person or a group of friends in nothing but a pair of cut-offs, a tank top and a ball cap on a spring afternoon. I love the smell of summer in the air. Luv weekends, taking an afternoon nap in the sun, or just hanging out at the house, BBQing. I've been told I'm a little hyperactive and that I clean up really nice, when I want..and by the way I do enjoy dressing up in a little black dress and going out with friends for dinner, dancing and some good conversation. But I also enjoy one on one time. Physical fitness is important to me.
