I've recently changed my lifestyle up to be healthier and happier. No more fast food, bread, soda or carbs! Simply meat and veggies. I'm trying to become the healthiest I can be, one step at a time. I'm happy with myself and have more energy than I did 15 years ago. I want to be around someone with a similar mindset, maybe not as harsh as mine though, lol.
