I have always been active as I ran competively through college and then got into mountain bike racing and then made my way to the road. I really love triathlons as they are a true test of one's physical as well as mental toughness. I have a job that requires a lot of my time and can be quite stressful so working out is my outlet. I enjoy traveling, hanging out with friends and family. I am laid back and try and enjoy each day as if it was my last.
