Meet people from United States. I've been here for a little while and believe it's time to update things from what I've experienced so far. I'm not real interested in someone who wants to juggle several guys waiting for the greenest pasture. More power to you if you're OK with it and whoever wants to go for that ride; it's just not me. My sense of humor is dry and I'm not afraid to put a comedic twist on just about anything (yes, some things are sacred). I've lived, learned, and experienced enough to know that just about anything will tear you up if you don't find perspective, and humor helps. Last but not least, just because I'm in my 40's and don't have children doesn't immediately elevate me to freak status. I was responsible before I married, and it wasn't necessarily for lack of trying while I was married...for some people it just doesn't happen. I value my time away from work spent with my family and close friends. Camping by the beach is my favorite (RV, kinda done with tents), as well as trying to improve my kayaking skills. Most weekends are far less adventurous, but I'm content doing things around the house or just hopping in the Jeep and see where it goes. Love good Italian food, not a big fan of sushi. There is no rap or hip-hop in my i-pod, but pretty much everything else. I've traveled quite a bit in my life and have seen so many things, which I believe is the reason I can appreciate all that's around me.
I'm not going to build a box of what I believe is the perfect woman. More often than not we end up proving ourselves wrong by doing that.

I am a single father and have been for the last 16 years. I have raised my daughter on my own since she was 1. I have dedicated a lot of my life raising her and making sure she was taken care of. Now that she is older and has a boyfriend it is time I start the search for someone significant for myself.
If you couldn't tell by my picture I enjoy a lot of things nerdom. There is truly no better place to people watch then Comic-con, or some sort of setting like that. I am also a huge sports fan. I much rather play sports then spectate but it is always fun to go to an LA Galaxy game, that's soccer by the way. I also am an Angel and Dodger fan. We went to both when I was a kid so I still enjoy watching both teams. Lakers and Ducks to round it out.
Because I am a single parent I am not free all the time but I do get time to myself. I have a great career and I have worked for the same company for the last 19 years. I have been in my house for the last 4, even though I bought at the wrong time it's my house and I plan to keep it. I didn't use my VA loan for nothing.
I am a veteran having spent some time in the Air Force.
What I am looking for is someone I can spend time with, grow to know and see where it goes. I am not looking for one night stands or any quick hook up. Red Rock - Just outside of Las Vegas, great place to get away! Only about 30 minutes from the casinos.
And later this year I am going on a motorcycle ride to Yellowstone, Glacier National Park (See Pics) and then north to Canada! Yes I do have a car. I am a safe rider too. Zero alcohol while on the bike.
I would like to also try a cruise and see if I like that..would love to see Hawaii as well.
I am not much of a sports nut, so if you spend all day Sunday glued to the TV, we might not get along, or I do my thing that day and you do yours and let's meet for dinner!
I do like to cook and I have not bought a frozen TV dinner in about 5 years and do not miss them!
