I like to travel. But IРІР‚в„ўm the type of traveler that greatly prefers to spend 10 days in one country rather than doing 10 countries in 10 days. I love integrating with the locals more than the big tourist spots. Many times, the people end up being the standouts from my trips rather than just the pretty vistas.
I am madly in love with where I live, so as much as I enjoy discovering new places, there is something so lovely to just staying in my little beach town, enjoying drinks with friends while overlooking the ocean, laughing and enjoying the day. Those are the happiest moments of my life, hands-down.
My friends are extremely important to me. I moved to San Diego on a whim 20 years ago from Upstate NY and dug my heels in firmly in this lovely place. I created a great life out here and greatly enjoy sharing it with my wonderful friends. And I take great pride in being the consummate hostess. I love throwing BBQРІР‚в„ўs and dinner parties and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves and laughing and the glasses are full.
I enjoy a nice restaurant but am equally happy eating at a little hole-in-the-wall and having a pitcher of beer. I would greatly prefer eating fish tacos with someone I care for than eating lobster with someone I donРІР‚в„ўt. That said, lobster tacos are damn delicious! So letРІР‚в„ўs have it all!
I love dogs. Just love РІР‚?em. So maybe you donРІР‚в„ўt? IРІР‚в„ўm not sure what part of loyal, loving and enthusiastic turns you off. But since that pretty much describes me as well, then you probably wonРІР‚в„ўt like me either. Ha!
I have been a runner for well over 20 years. I may not be the fastest but I am very consistent. ItРІР‚в„ўs important for me to be in shape and always will be. I do this for me. I appreciate someone who is active and healthy. That said, if youРІР‚в„ўre so focused on having washboard abs that you canРІР‚в„ўt eat pizza or have a beer then we just donРІР‚в„ўt see eye-to-eye. Life is for enjoying.
I am very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people. I am the type that knows the elderly bartenderРІР‚в„ўs name at the pub in the Irish countryside and cajoles him into regaling me with stories of his youth.
