I think kids are great as long as they belong to someone else and they can go home at the end of the day. I don't want kids I have a niece and nephew and that's good enough for me.

So I've checked out a ton of your profiles since I joined yesterday and at our ages we have to start being careful so we don't become tainted.
Some of these pages -- when read between the lines -- sound as declarations to stay single... forever.
That's where there's danger because at these ages we have lived half of our lives. And we get used to certain things.
And being single is one of them. So no matter what our words say some of our actions reflect interests that don't really incite unity with the opposite sex.
Let's not fall into that trap.

Lemme tell you some things you probably didn't guess that I like in a woman.
I like women that wear white pants or skirts (in season of course). What else? Oh yeah, women that like eating dessert in bed. Late at night.
Women who have at least ONE hobby. Or hopefully many things about which she's passionate.
I love a woman that smells good. I mean like Bath and Body Works little fruity lotions and such. And perfume. Love that on a woman.
Oh ok, let's just throw this out there: I'm not a big fan of women wearing weaves, wigs or fake hair.

I like music a lot. One time I saw snake when I went hiking. I didn't like that. I like snacks. If I had kids I'd be married. I like Fela Kuti. Sometimes I battle him versus James Brown. I watch foreign films like they were released domestically. Today I learned about a cool astrophysicist. Sometimes I try to trick my godbrother into watching horror movies that will scare the isht outta him. I have 72% success rate with that. I'm actually listening to music as I type this.

Meet someone special from California, United States. I recently moved down to Orange County from Los Angeles and still getting adjusted. I like to consider myself really laid back. I try to live a simple and drama free life. I am completely loyal to my family and friends and would go out of my way to help if they needed it. I like to laugh and make others laugh and kid around but also know when to be serious. I give respect to those who give respect back.
I would consider myself pretty active. I like to do outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, playing basketball and volleyball and working out. I also like to go on road trips or at least be in a different place just to see what else is out there. Not really into the clubs or bar scenes but every now and then wouldnt mind going.

Southern California has been by home for the majority of my life. I lived in Australia for a few years and also Northern California when I was very young. It's just my parents, brother and myself here in California. The rest of the family is back in Salt Lake City. I love to go visit them but I don't do it often enough. I love to travel and went to Mardi Gras earlier this year, Mexico in Sept and Arizona in October.

I like to stay active and love looking for new ways to laugh and make others laugh. I love going to concerts, comedy shows, sporting events, plays, traveling, eating out and generally anything outdoors or new. I was gone for 12 years in Scottsdale, AZ which is where I grew up. I have been looking forward to moving back to CA for a handful of years and thankfully things have worked out. I can't believe I was gone so long and I am happy to be back. I have always enjoyed living in South OC and San Diego.
I enjoy all the area has to offer as it mirrors my personality well. I enjoy the water whether it's surfing, boating, fishing or just lying on the beach next to it. I also appreciate the nearby mountains and trails for a day hike. The small and intimate restaurants up and down the coast are great as well. I went to culinary school after college so chain restaurants are not my favorite. I do have family in North San Diego as well as AZ so it's nice to be close to them.
I travel often, sometimes for work and other times for play. I enjoy as much as I can and subscribe to the cliche of 'working hard and playing harder'. I am not a huge bar/club goer but I do enjoy going sometimes with a group of friends. It really just depends on the situation. I was never really that guy anyway..
Lastly, I did put "not sure" in regards to kids. This is an open issue for me because I might meet someone who already has children or does not want children. I am open to what love brings and don't want to close the door on a potentially amazing partner.
