My hobbies involve the arts and literature but also revolve around my work and new home...Interior design (a la Architectural Digest and Dwell); graphic art and photography for books and papers I am writing; I make periodic visits to New York to see my family, do a little teaching and shopping, catch up on what's happening in New York's art, music and theater scene - and of course have a few glorious vegetarian Indian meals on First Avenue in the Village. There are also intermittent teaching engagements further afield that give me the chance to interact with various chiropractic, medical, dental and osteopathic professionals, a source of new knowledge and stimulation. All this provides the background for my main current work - seeing patients in clinic and writing, revising and editing - most of which takes place on the peaceful cliffsides of the Arkansas river valley.
After finishing 4 years of work on two textbooks, I am so ready to live in shared communion with someone for the rest of our lives...a dream (my end of which I am READY to fulfill...!!)

Forgiveness and tolerance for human error is important, in both directions. A cheerful sense of humor is important, along with the ability to laugh at yourself, I know I do lots that is actually funny if you think about it. One's best effort counts as a success, cause sometimes that's all I can offer as well. I am a "dog person," early riser and a daydreamer. I also talk in my sleep ocasionally, could be dangerous!
