Travel is fun. I love the mountains and know of some great spots for get a ways. The beach is great as well. Flowers are fun to give but not a replacement for being the sweetest warmest gentleman when I am with you.

Meet someone special from United States. OK me in a nutshell. Most of my family lives in Washington State. I'm the only boy of four siblings, having two younger and one older Sisters (yes, it was rough but I survived). I was raised to be self-reliant and independent, so co-dependent types will find me a hard pill to swallow. Need plays a part in a relationship, but it should be a small part, growing more important over time. Choice should be the driving factor; otherwise you're never in control of who you are with. A healthy self-esteem is also important for both partners. The degree of love you can give others is proportionate to the love you give yourself. No one is perfect, but those who accept themselves, flaws and all, are heading in the right direction.
There isn't much room in my heart for mean spirited people. Along the same lines, I have little patience for those who think success and money make them superior to others. My Father believes in the Golden Rule, and so do I.
Simple things make me happy. I'm easily amused and time and time again that has proven to be one of my best qualities. Being able to enjoy the little things makes the good times great and the hard times more bearable.
I like the roller coaster. Not actual roller coasters (yes I'm afraid of rollercoasters, and not afraid to say it) but the ups and downs of life. Both the highs and lows are important. Without the highs, well, life would not be so fun, but without the lows, the highs wouldn't be high at all. Everything would just be average. The trick is accepting the lows and savoring the highs.
When it comes to daily life, I prefer prefer laid back and fun to upscale and posh. Fancy restaurants are great, but food art doesn't do much for me unless I can take the plate home and hang it up. Going upscale is fun to throw in every now and then, but beers on a patio are more my speed.
A healthy lifestyle is important to me. I eat right most of the time and staying in shape is a priority in my life (so is fresh breath - great movie). I do this for two reasons. One, I like the way healthy feels. I have more energy, a better attitude, and a boost to my self-confidence. Two, and sometimes more importantly, when I decide to let loose and put my body through the ringer with pizza, beer, or whatever else looks good at the time, I feel very little guilt. Barring any unforeseen complications like alien invasions or end of the world predictions I plan on living a long and wonderful life. I want my partner to have the same plan.
Well, that was more than a nutshell, so here are the cliff notes.
Positive, stable, independent, opinionated, protective, selfish and giving depending on the situation, quick to judge (I'm working on that one), compassionate, energetic, stubborn, child-like, childish, unashamed, shy, enthusiastic. The most important things to me are Lasting relationships with friends, family, and eventually my life-long companion. I want a wife, I want kids, and most of all I want to wake up every day looking forward to what it brings. I also want to die surrounded by those I love. Everything else is pretty much gravy.
Lastly, and this is kind of important, I have been known to karate chop the air for no apparent reason. It seems like a simple admission, but some of you out there are not looking for a guy like that. I clean up very well and behave most of the time, but I'm not afraid to make fun of myself and I'm not that big on maintaining the perfect image. Just a warning for those who are looking for a showpiece, or to be the showpiece. Nothing at all wrong with that, it's just not my style.
