Date men from United States / Colorado, 38 year old - page 11

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Ok... so I recently moved here from NC last year. Looking for someone to do some exploring with, and maybe we'll hit it off in the process! As for me... I like to make others feel comfortable and laugh a little... or at least smile. I've been through a lot in my life... so I'm very understanding of other's misfortunes. Looking for someone with a good head on her shoulders... that can laugh at herself and also this craziness we call LIFE. For me... it's really not about looks, though there needs to be a spark between us for it to work in the long run. My ideal woman would be pretty laid-back, funny in her own special way (or at least have somewhat of a quirky sense of humor ;) , is tolerant of others, likes the outdoors, and can equally hang out at home, but also hold her own in social situations when out and about. She would have to love animals, for sure. I'm really just looking for someone that fascinates me, that's all... who is also friendly to all and lives by the golden rule. Last thing for ya... I'm different from most guys... I know... heard that before, huh? Well, in my case it's true. Take a chance and we'll see what happens! I AM one of the good ones, fuh shuh... :)
(After a few responses... I feel I have to preface things by saying that, not ALL bass pros are rednecks... haha... I've been a snowboard instructor at several resorts, a bartender, a house flipper and home renovator, hold a degree from a fairly highly ranked NC university, and I'm an entrepreneur starting a new business. I dig science and how things work... just learning to paint... like football and really all sports, like and appreciate all kinds of music and art... I play the gee-tar, too... and know very little country. I'm a bit of a foodie, and can cook my butt off, for real. I don't really speak like someone who typically fishes tournaments, either... because I'm originally from here. But yes... I'm one helluva stick (read: good fisherman;), and plan on shocking the world (the fishing world;), someday soon. Okey dokey doggy daddy? (If you know what movie that line is from... you're probably my dream girl and need to email me NOW!)

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. Thank you to all of you who have contacted me. This has truly been an experience. Just do not think this is for me yet. I do wish you luck in your search. I am going to take some time out to self reflect. Thank you.

Date single man from Colorado, United States. As of right now I haven't had much time for dating, I am usually pretty busy either at work or taking care of my kids at home.
I decided to check to check out this online dating service to see what happens.
I am ususlly kind of bashful if not shy when I meet new people, but later I get more comfortable. I don't have a social life or many friends, you could say I am lonely. On the bright side I know that I need to do something about it

Meet a man from Colorado, United States. Life is short. Let's build a solid foundation together and become a solid unit.
You seek a happy relationship with all of the negative out the door. Well, here I am look no further because a happy solid life awaits you.

Date a soulmate from United States. I wish I was gifted enough to write this wonderful description of myself and paint a picture of what I'm about...haha, but that wish isn't a reality. I can't pretend to explain all my likes, dislikes, quirks and such in the space provided, but here are some...If I could only do one activity in the summer I'd spend my time on a bicycle (both road and mountain). I like to spend winter free time in the hills on a snowboard (when we have good snow). I like jazz, rockabilly, and surfer music. I would eat sushi everyday if I had the option. I am a poor cook, and want to learn. I love a good bottle of wine but can be seen drinking PBR. I like to read and don’t spend enough time doing it. I savor good movies and downtime at home. And I need to learn to speak Spanish.
I’ve lived in Colorado since college. I moved to SoCal for a couple years but after a while realized how much I missed the mountains and moved back (but that doesn't mean I don't still want a beach house in addition to a mountain house).
I try to travel when I can both in the US and abroad. I've been diving in Australia and the Galapagos. I hiked in Patagonia and mountaineered in Alaska. I traveled to Argentina for the wine and Scotland for the Scotch...next, I should go to Japan for sushi :) Needless to say, I'd love to find someone to travel with.
I'm looking for a lady with similar values and a common outlook on life, someone who is comfortable with who she is, and intelligent. Additionally, if you have a mischievous sense of humor and like friendly sarcasm it is a huge bonus. I am interested in getting to know someone and a long term relationship if we discover we have chemistry. I am not really interested in casual dating (if that makes any sense). In a relationship, I believe in treating someone as you would want to be treated....that means being respectful, unquestionably loyal, responsible, and trying your best at being a good communicator.

Meet someone special from United States. I am a Colorado native and love to spend time outside hiking in the mountains, camping or just taking walks. I like going to the gym and staying in shape. I am enthusiastic, upbeat and always try to find the positive side of things. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am looking for someone who is active, loves to laugh and enjoys life. I love to travel, see new places and experience new things. Looking for someone to share adventures with and some laughs along the way.

Date single man from United States. A photo will be going up shortly once I find something worthy of posting here. Otherwise, for the time being, an e-mail will get you a lousy photo.... :)
I'm happy and proud of what I have achieved so far in life. Nothing I have has been given to me.
I'm fairly goal oriented and must admit that I can be hard to distract when I set my sights on something.
I'm not a "home body", I need to stay active/busy. I can't sit around and react to life, I go out and make life happen :)
I thoroughly enjoy spending my time outdoors but can also appreciate a nice quiet evening at home.
I was born and raised in Monterey, California but now live in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Meet a man from United States. So, is it just me or do all of the profiles on here seem to read nearly the same: “I am fun, educated, goal oriented, like outdoor activities, biking and hiking, furry animals, traveling the world, good wine, great dinners out, moonlight walks on the beach, blah, blah, blah?” Well, that all describes me too, but I also think that I am MUCH more interesting than that! And, I can pretty much guarantee I am one of the most unique and interesting guys you will ever meet (and I mean that in a good way!!!).
With all of this said, I have an absolutely great life, and a successful career that I have worked very hard for, but I am at a point in my life where I would like to meet that someone special.
A few interesting and random factoids about me:
• I work hard, but I play even harder
• I am a bit of an overachiever, but I also try to live a balanced life
• I used to race formula cars professionally
• I really did turn down an opportunity to appear on “The Bachelor” (ask me why!)
• My new sport/hobby is taking polo lessons... still trying to figure out why they call the horses "ponies"
• I am always in a good mood and try to not take life for granted
• I have an eclectic mix of the most amazing friends and family in the world
• I have a very outgoing and dynamic personality and try to be open minded
• I have clothes in my closet for hanging out, a night on the town or the most formal affair
• I am the quintessential "nice guy" who cares deeply for the people in my life
• I am a hopeless romantic
• I have a great sense of humor and can probably make you laugh
• As an added bonus, parents generally like me
If you want to know more about me (I just do not think that a Match profile can do someone justice), drop me a message and we will go from there! I split time between Denver and Fort Collins, so if you are in either place and find me interesting, let’s setup a phone chat or meet up sometime. Good luck with your search!

. Are you as tired as I am of reading the same old stuff on here only to be let down in person? Isn’t everyone looking for smart, outgoing, fun, and sexy? Let’s be honest, we’ll only know if we have chemistry if we meet. So have dinner with me. A girl’s got to eat…right? Then if you’re intimidated by my looks, charm, humor, or adventurous side I guess you will have to let me down easy.
I've been fortunate enough to get to do a lot of traveling for work and also for fun. I've been to England, Germany, Guam, Australia, and lots of places in the states. I'm looking forward to getting to Spain and Italy since I've never been to either one.
Currently I'm deployed to the Middle East for the next few months. When I return I'm due to move to a new assignment and it looks like I might be headed to the Montgomery, AL area. I've always been more of a city dweller though, and I have family in Atlanta, so I would expect to spend a good bit of time there on weekends. It would be great to connect with some new friends before I get there and maybe see where things go from there.
I'm coming up on what could be the last few years of my Air Force career so I'm looking for a place to start a second career and maybe find the right woman to start a family with. I definitely want to have a family, but I don't want to "settle down". I stil want to have fun adventures, go to exciting places and do great things, but I want to share all that with a family. Does that make sense?
If this sounds good to you, say hi sometime!

. I'm friendly but not outgoing. I'm an optimist and a pessimist, often at the same time; Things rarely work out the way we plan, but they always work out. Math and science are fun. The world is a beautiful and amazing place; the universe even more so.
I'm a talented man who can tie a bow-tie, properly pleat and wear a great kilt, and place the toilet seat in either the up or down position. No one would accuse me of being ambitious; money and fancy stuff just don't appeal to me (although I do like clever toys and I'm attracted to shiny objects).
I march to the beat of a different drummer. In fact, my drummer is actually a painter.
It's hard to know exactly who I'm looking for until I've found her, but kindness, intelligence, wit, being active, nerdliness, and uniqueness are all good things.
I'm not wearing a beard at this time.

. Summer is here and there's a lot going on. Cycling, hiking, kayaking, tubing, flying, music, ball games, movies, and a ride through the mountains on a Harley. These are just some of the activities I'll be engaging in and I hope to find someone who would like to come along. I am thrilled to be living in Denver and it's only been a few months, so I am still finding my way around this city. I figured since I am new here and have decided to make it my home, I would take a chance with a service I hoped never to use to see if I could find a 'match' to share... well, life with.
I am not looking for any hook-ups, nor am I interested in dating more than one woman at a time. I am not a player and I don't do drama. I have been married and divorced, and I went through the necessary steps to understand my mistakes in order to not make them again. I started a new career a few years ago and I am working toward a role that will provide for a family again. It has been challenging and strengthening, but not as accelerated as I anticipated.
I am a Christian and my faith means everything to me. Next is my family and friends. I seem to have them scattered along the west coast and fortunately my job allows me to visit them often. I am an active person, but like you, I enjoy winding down at home or in other social situations. I keep what I have in good condition and my home is usually clean. I don't own any video games, and although I have a computer skillset, I don't spend much time in the online world. I'd rather a real experience than a virtual one.
The girl I am looking for will appreciate some or most of these qualities and be someone who is genuine with a good heart. Yes, we guys are visual and while the heart is certainly the most important factor, the figure matters too. I am in no way a workout freak, but I watch my intake and hope my mate would also.
In a conversation related to online dating with a friend the other day, it was mentioned that two people could develop an email relationship lasting several weeks or months. Then one day before meeting, one of the two meets someone else face to face and the email relationship is over. Therefore, I am more inclined to push for an earlier meeting because face to face is really where you find out.

. I have a Job, I don't get wasted drunk, I don't stalk, I have a car, I don't live with my family, no drama, and a wicked awesome sense of humor.
I would love to find someone adventurous and spontaneous. One who likes to travel and be wild at times but can still sit and watch a movie at home. I totally understand Family guy. Love watching movies on a big screen.I'm looking for someone Smart,Honest,Sassy,Independent,Careing,Funny,Kind,
ATHLETIC,Adventureous. Im the type of guy that can survive in a jungle or in the wild but I look damn good in a Tux. I love the outdoors but still open the car door for my lady. Kind of a hopeless romantic as well. I love to surf and snowboard. I have a great family(parents married 50 years) I love my job, been doing it for 18 years and hope to find someone to join me in my adventures.
I've been to all but 3 states in North America.(Hawaii,Conn, and Maine) I can go from a night on broadway to camping in costa rica in 24 hours, can you?
P.S. I am also very much interested in having a family so if you would rather not have kids ,It just wouldn't work out. But best of luck in your search.
I travel/Live between Denver and Florida(sarasota)
