I have finally found my place in Denver. I am constantly learning from my mistakes and doing my best to make life lessons out of all of them. When I love, I love unconditionally and whole-heartedly.

I have a pretty good sense of humor, at least I get laughs when I'm suppose too. (or maybe I'm just being laughed at, who knows). I like intimate conversation and laughter. Because I dont make a whole lot of money at it, its more like a hobby than an occupation, therefore, I also work full time at Qwest Communications in Denver. It keeps me very busy, especially in the summer, but I still find time to go to the gym and hang out with friends.
The reason I mention my jobs here is because they have a lot to do with who I am. I am very much a country boy, who enjoyes the quiet country life, being my own boss and working outside. However, at the same time, I also enjoy working in Denver, in a fast paced corporate environment, then being able to go out and enjoy the city nightlife after work.

. I'm looking for someone who has a good sense of humor. My perfect match will be a good balance of wit, intelligence and innocence. I want to meet someone to show me around the world and who is interested in discovering it with me.
I'm big into family, so my match will need to be as well. She will need to love children, and have the patience to deal with a little one.
I'm also into bad science fiction, so my match will at least be able to tolerate a bad movie or tv show from time to time.
Imagination is important as well. My match will need to have a good imagination and be able to see the world just a bit differently from time to time. A good ability to see things as a child does is also a good thing.

. Well, I keep changing this as I keep finding new things I like better about myself.
I am a single father, and have my 2 daughters living at home with me. They are the 2 most important people in my life, and always come first. But, that doesn't mean that I am putting my life on hold.
What I like to do seems to depend on the day of the week, month of the year, alignment of Pluto and Saturn, and possibly some other random factor I don't know about. When I like doing something, I can obsess a bit on it, but then let it incorporate somewhere in my life.
On the nights I do have free, i like to shoot pool, or play poker. For some reason, these are the two things I don't mind going out to do alone (although poker is a group sport :-) )
Other things I enjoy doing (but are much more fun with a partner to share the experience with) are skiing, water-skiing, board games, card games, watching movies, taking random turns onto roads through the mountains, skating, and camping.
I am always up for a new experience, and would like to try scuba diving, mountain climbing, and I'm still debating on sky-diving.
I'm not great at describing myself, and if you read the above, I even have difficulty expressing what I like. The above isn't a complete list, but it's the stuff I've done most recently, and therefore sticks out a little more. As for stuff actually about me, I am caring, honest, loyal, cuddly... (hmm, I must be a dog). I try to find the humour in most situations, as laughter seems to be the key ingredient to a happy life.
