I am a positive person, I try to laugh every day, don’t take life too seriously and look for the best in people. I moved to Denver 14 years ago but have left a couple times for work only to return.
I am active and try to enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. I love to play sports, ski, camp, hike, bike, run, you name it. I have done a couple tri’s and want to train for a marathon at some point. I am not that crazy outdoor Colorado guy, but I do enjoy this vast playground we have in our backyard. I am always up for a live sporting event, over time I have adopted the local teams as my own but being from St. Louis I will always be a die-hard Cardinals fan and a bit University of Missouri nut. Although I do love sports, and the occasional Saturday at the bar watching college football, they are not my life. I am one of the lucky ones who loves what I do for a living. It consumes too much of our lives not to. My job does not define me but I do believe in the old adage, work hard - play harder.

I'm a doctor and I recently moved to north Denver to start a new medical practice in Spine and Sports Medicine. I'm excited to be working with Division 1 collegiate athletes at a Colorado university, after having recently finished a fellowship in Chicago (where I was fortunate to work with the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks professional athletes, which was a fantastic experience.) I hope to get on with a pro team here in Denver in the future. My job keeps me busy, but I'm also very active outside of work and have a wide variety of interests. I love challenges and I'm constantly trying new things. I'm really social and I enjoy meeting new people and hanging out with friends. I'm also very athletic (triathlons, basketball, etc.), love outdoor activities (skiing, mountain biking, camping, rafting, etc.) and I'm a bit of a thrill-seeker (rock climbing, scuba diving, skydiving, etc). But I also love to spend elegant evenings at gourmet restaurants followed by the theatre, symphony or ballet. I love to go club dancing or just hang with friends at a local bar. I'm pretty musical and play the guitar and sing semi-professionally (I hope to set up a gig at a local bar just for fun).
When I get some vacation time, I love to travel to Europe, the Caribbean or throughout the U.S. I also want to visit Africa, Asia, South America and Australia. I just got back from a trip to Guadalupe Island (Mexico) where I went scuba diving with Great White Sharks... that got the adrenaline pumping!

I love to bike, run, and snowboard. I also like to relax at home to a good movie and visit with family. A few things on my to do list this year are meet some new active friends, some fun runs in new cities (and celebrate afterwards), indoor rock climbing, learn to scuba (preferably in Cozumel), visit Rome, and explore Colorado.

I am an East Coast native that moved to Colorado to escape the horrendous traffic that I endured for way too long. Colorado turned out to be a great choice and I love living here. I work in downtown Denver and live in Boulder so I get the benefits of both cities which is great. I spend a lot of time outside and like to hike, white water raft, stand up paddle, bike, run, climb and anything else that looks fun. I just recently went paragliding because I saw a group of gliders flying above Lookout mountain so I thought it seemed like something I should try so I did. I would describe myself as a laid back person that loves to laugh and spend time with people that I care about. Friends would describe me as loyal, dependable, funny, fun to be with and always the person coming up with something new to do.

One of my passions is exploring new places. Whether it is eating in a new restaurant or traveling the west to some obscure location on a road trip I enjoy finding anything new to explore. I have traveled all over the West and love visiting the national parks. In the last year I have visited Key West, Myrtle Beach, went kayaking in Alaska and most recently traveled to Nepal. I am looking forward to doing more international travel in the future. It looks like New Zealand is on the itinerary for next year unless some other country jumps out at me.

Since moving to Colorado 8 years ago, I appreciate and love the outdoors, especially spending time up in the mountains any season. It might be skiing, snowboarding, off-roading, camping, bicycling, hiking or something new. I also enjoy ping pong, bowling, relaxing to a movie, and watching sports. I'm not really a sports junkie though...and can't do the whole weekend TV thing.
Some of the more important things I'm looking for in my partner are honesty, being loyal, and also being a good communicator.
