Date a man from Denver, United States. Awesome, writing about myself, my favorite thing to do... I came out west for a geology course in college and fell in love with sunshine, mountains and the lifestyle. It took checking out other places first, but I moved here 5 years ago to live 'the life' and have been loving it ever since. I grew up on a horse farm on the east coast and rode every day until I was about 14. Seriously, how many kids can say that they've received a pony for their birthday. Just saying... It was a great way to grow up and made me appreciate the outdoors and nature in general. Oh, and it also made me never want to muck a stall or feed the chickens again... Though originally a farmboy, I've moved around a little, including a 5 year stint in New Olreans. It was there that I learned to love living in the city, earned my current taste in music, and started mountain biking (i know, it doesn't make any sense). So, I'm pretty much a jack of all trades kind of person and enjoy the city, the Buell, the CMA, fine dining and traveling anywhere as much as the hills (hence the clever screen name). I'm as familiar with my "dress up" clothes (as we used to say on the farm...) as my backpack, bike and skis. I love to eat and drink well and do just about anything with my great group of friends. They're important to me and I'll do just about anything for them. It's a pretty good life, but I believe it'd be that much richer shared with the right person.
I'm going to warn you, there are a lot of adjectives in here. It's like I got out my thesaurus or something... I'm interested in meeting someone who is fun, challenging, intelligent, active, interesting, genuine, funny, cute, and outgoing. Basically I'm looking for a fantastic friend/partner/lover to share this crazy, unpredictable, and wonderful adventure with. Oh, and if you let me get away with thinking I'm cooler than I am every once in a while, that would be the icing on top... Chemistry is where it's at, but along with that I've always been attracted to someone that is equally comfortable backpacking as getting dressed up for a night out on the town (that's meant as more of an allegory than a fashion edict). I'm interested in someone that's confident in who they are and comfortable with where they are in life and I'll always be attracted to someone that I can have a great, laughing out loud, losing track of time conversation with.
So, if you think you fit all of the adjectives...and don't have too many cell phone in the mirror pics...let's go do something fun.
Meet single man from Denver, United States. I moved to Colorado from SE Michigan about a year and a half ago. I'm fairly laid back and like to go out to eat, movies, sporting events, or any outdoor activity. I also like to run and work out at the gym among other things. Looking to explore new things to do, and am open to pretty much anything as long as the company is enjoyable.
I'm looking for someone who is intelligent, motivated, and attractive who is willing to give this a shot to see where it goes.
Date a soulmate from United States. So, how far into this are you willing to read until I reveal myself? How about this far? Further? How about to the next paragraph?
In one sentence, let me answer most of your questions: physical therapist, outdoors/sports/travel, two, no, love mom, Xterra, 5, and I don't know you well enough yet :)
I moved to CO two years ago after being in small town, USA. I have a uniquely witty, dry sense of humor. I'm a bit of an enigma wrapped around a riddle. An original. A guy who describes himself this way: a giving, blue-eyed, somewhat moral guy who enjoys being active, being outside, and traveling to beautiful spots in Colorado, around the country, or occasionally overseas. Balance is important. I may be trying to find the perfect photo of wildflowers by a snow-capped mountain reflected in a lake one day, then loaf on the couch on a Saturday morning the next. I enjoy sports (shocker, I know) and sitting on a patio with a cold drink. To stay in shape, I play basketball at Wash Park, kayak, hike, and mountainbike.
I've never done drugs, never slept around, never cheated but have been found way guilty of thinking about sharing the must sees of Hanging Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Isabelle, and Red Rocks with a lady who loves scenery.
I like a lady who is giving and is a good person who's not into drugs. You don't have to be Mother Theresa but you definitely can't be Lindsay Lohan. Hopefully you are a lady who likes to laugh, travel, go to cool shows or performances (I'm ready for the Silhouettes), concerts at Red Rocks, and sunsets in Boulder. A lady who likes to go on a hike and likes to be outside some. If this sounds like you, come meet one of the rare guys out there who knows how to be thoughtful, how to make a lady feel special and appreciated, and who (at the right time with the right person) would be a wonderful dad. However, I don't use male skin products, read romance novels, or enjoy shopping for handbags. Can't have it all, lol.
Meet someone special from United States. So, if someone was to describe me, they would probably say I was fun loving, a bit mischievous, very competitive, and hard working. As I stated above, I work for a technology company where I run two worldwide software sales organizations . I spend a bit of time on the road traveling, most of which is international (not much fun). I spend the majority of my time in Western/Central Europe and Asia (a few pics in my profile). Given I'm new to this whole on-line dating scene I'm just not putting up allot of personal pictures. If you're interested I can certainly send you a few so you can see I am real. I'm really interested in someone who is not looking for anything serious at the moment and just seeing where things head. I realize that's probably not the best answer but I've found it to be the best practice. I look forward to hearing from you.
thanks,
Date a man from United States. I'm lookng for the same thing that most people are, true love that's about friendship, taking care of each other, enjoying common interests together, experiencing the adventure of life, and laughing with one another. Having said that, I really don't have any expectations. If it turns out to be much shallower than that, it's fine too. It'll still be fun to enjoy the anticipation of meeting new people and living new experiences. I enjoy people who are motivated in their lives without losing touch with their nurturing sides or empathy for others. It's important not to take yourself too seriously, be willing to laugh at your idiosyncracies. Be deep and real, life's too short to work thorugh insincerety.
Meet single man from United States. My most important thing in my life is my daughter of 6 years. I am self employed and stable. I'm looking to start a friendship. My friends would describe me as loyal and honest. I have 3 brothers and really like to spend quality time with family.
Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. I'm a laid back, genuine, good Midwestern guy that is old enough to know what he wants and young enough to do and try anything. I am a single dad with an amazing little girl that is the best thing to ever happen to me. Grew up in Minnesota, college in Iowa, and lived in KC, Dallas and Miami before coming to Denver. I've been fortunate to live a number of diverse places and meet a lot of diverse people. I love to travel, have my sailing license and have sailed all over the world....Greece is up next. Finally, I've been told I am overly honest, but I guess I would rather be that then the alternative.
What am I looking for? Honesty. Maturity. Someone with a career. I do love doing things for the one I'm with and like treating a woman like a woman. Have to be able to laugh at themself. Active, enjoy doing many things, but don't plan every weekend climbing a 14er. Oh yeah, love a woman in wife beater, worn jeans and a baseball cap!
That should be a good start. We can find out more over drinks or dinner.
Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. I am looking for someone to have fun with. Going out, riding the Harley in the mountains, going to dinner, going to concerts...just having fun together and see where it leads. I like country, rock and blues. How about you?
I was on here many years ago, so I thought I'd try it for a while and see how it goes.
