She needs to be confident with her personality, but not cocky. I want a woman who likes herself - I know that sounds strange, but you have to like yourself before you can care about another person (very corny, but true). Something I notice from people that are together for a long time is they do not always see eye to eye on every issue, but at the end of the day, they always have each others backs. They are always there for each other and I would like that someday.

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. I moved to Denver in 2006 from my home in Scottsdale, AZ. I moved here to be closer to my family and absolutely love this state! I have an amazing 4.5 year old son that is my world! I'm very active in his life and enjoy every moment I spend with him! I love all things outdoors--snow skiing, water sports (skiing, knee/wake boarding), basketball, softball, football, hiking, camping, fishing, golf (The Ridge at Castle Pines North), mountain biking and anything else I forgot! During a normal week you'll find me coaching practices and games with my son (M,W), league bowling with my friends (W,Th) and we try to hit Chatfield Res on the boat around 2-4pm on Sundays, where we stay and enjoy the sunset. I also really enjoy watching the sunset at Daniel's Park (very short hike/bike from the house). I try to mountain bike in the evenings regularly, and am looking forward to getting back to the snow to ski this year, as my son is ready to try it!

I am coming up on 41 and look back. I can tell you that so far its been a great ride that makes me look forward to the next 41 years.
As far as what I am looking for , it seems basic to me! This is going to look office like but just give me a chance to put it out please!
1) I like friends that make the whole world laugh. Mainly me but everyone else can laugh too.
2) Skiing is my passion, not saying I am great at it but I don't suck. To me skiing is more than hitting the slopes and hurting myself or anyone else around me! Last year I only went a few (22 times) days but I taught friends and family most of them. Its just being out and away from a day to day life. it makes sense to me and if you are reading this it will make sense to us!
3) During summer - I love being in the mountains or on the lake. As you know this year the mountains for camping are not what they used to be. NO FIRE NO THANKS. The way things are up there right now makes it so I understand and just prey for a good snow fall so the mountains will let me play again.

Yes there is 3 kids in my life and I have them half of the time which is half less then I want them! But their mother is not that bad of a person and I would not have their lives effected anymore than it has. Damn I love those kids!

I have a young son who is definitely my main focus, but part of being the best father I can be is finding time for my own sanity and mental health and getting the most out of it. Whether I'm spending time with him or getting some "grown up" time I put myself into it fully and try to keep balance. It is possible to have multiple priorities and give them all the attention they deserve. I have a wide range of interests from photography to hiking to music and more. One of the best parts of getting to know someone is finding common interests as well as trying new things, and finding the balance between doing the things you enjoy together and getting space in the interests that aren't so shared.
So here's the deal as I see it... I can't possibly cover all the facets of my personality in a few sentences. In my book it takes time and communication to get to know a person, it can't be done through a profile and a couple of emails. It's too easy to get caught up in several conversations that really don't go anywhere, but that's not what I'm looking for. That doesn't mean I'm in a rush to get into a relationship. I'd like to build real friendships and when a spark happens, pursue it with passion and see where it leads.
