Date a soulmate from Denver, United States. Hmmm... Should I write a long list of the things I like to do and enjoy in life? That I love all the "Colorado" activities and destinations? A little spirtitual manifesto? Tell you about all the things I don't want? Usually, I'm a glass half full type of guy with a very cynical side so I'll try to keep this short and to the point for now and save the best for when we aren't strangers. I did try the long soulful introduction about who I am and what my "ideal" friend I'd like to meet is. A little much for a strangers first read. To that point, I think it is very difficult to put enough in this small box to give you full insight into who I am and how we might connect. There is a lot in this big heart and soul of mine that isn't for publishing on the internet. This would be better done over coffee or an adult beverage for sure! So if the pictures don't scare you off (I really do like motorcycles if you didn't notice from the dorky pic :-) then maybe we can connect.

Well, I am a pretty down to earth guy, with a variety of interests, hobbies and needs (broad enough for you?). That being said, I'm pretty low maintenance and independant. I have a strong career, I work hard but value my free time. Travel is awesome for fun, I do a lot of it for work :-(. I've filled up two passports in my lifetime and on my third (which is pretty light at the moment) Weekends and free time are usually spent with good music, wine, friends, outdoors and exploring new restaurants in cool locations. I'm up for anything. I'm not an excercise nut (like apparently everyone on match.com) but I do love the endorphin rush you get from a good session at the Gym, going for a hike, carrying a few sacks of cement from my truck to my backyard or when the pitcher of beer is still full and I have to heft it up and across the table to pour you a drink. Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Like everyone else in Denver, I’m not a native (okay, sorry if I offended the 3 or 4 actual natives!) We lived in a few places while I was growing up, but spent most of our time in California so that probably explains my affinity towards more of the warm weather activities…hiking, jogging (living close to Wash Park is very convenient), hitting the links. A trip to the mountains anytime of year is fun though.
I think my friends would describe me as an easygoing, fun, intelligent, loyal person to be around. At least those friends that I’ve been able to pay to say those things! I enjoy going to both dive bars/casual restaurants and upscale/fancy places. Variety is the spice of life, right?!
Just a few random things I did recently – took a trip to India, became an uncle for the first time, learned a great recipe for Chicken Milanese, launched a business with a friend, splurged on an expensive case of wine, tried out a few new restaurants around town, had my face melted at Rock of Ages, finally went to Taste of Colorado for the first time, made it all the way around Wash Park with my dog (tougher than it sounds when you’ve got Mister Must Smell Everything on the leash), planned (and had a blast at) my family’s reunion, set the world record for running a lap around Wash Park (okay, maybe not a world record....how about a personal record!), passed 700,000 miles flown, rocked out to Grace Potter, and, unfortunately, lost too much money playing the dollar game at Rockies games
As for who I’m looking for…if I listed the traits out I’m sure they would fall into the typical categories so I won’t bore you with those. Mainly I’m looking for someone that is a happy person. Happy with themselves and happy to be with me. If you have that quality I think the rest falls into place.
