I like to play a fast game of ice hockey, which means I do have a competitive edge to me. However, I probably enjoy a stimulating conversation at the local coffee shop even more. I like to learn new things, take a class in Chinese calligraphy, or learn to read an ECG strip, are examples of fun things I might explore. One of my favorite summer activities is attending the Botanical Gardens concert series with friends. Sitting outside enjoying great company, food, wine, and of course music is absolutely delightful.
Dancing use to be a pronounced part of my life, I especially enjoyed the Argentine tango. The intimacy and the intensity between the dancers are extremely unique. During a dance, you experience three minutes of ecstasy and passion on the dance floor in the embrace of a beautiful person, a truly romantic and playful experience. It has been a long time since I danced, but I love to get back in the swing of it with a beautiful person.
I took my first diving lesson when I was sixteen and have been fascinated by the underwater sport ever since. I try to dive whenever the opportunity presents itself. Currently, my son is learning to dive; I can’t wait to take him diving in a warm tropical ocean.
In addition to diving, I also like to bike, swim, or just hang out with the kids. They are so full of life and curiosity; they fill any space with glee…
I love taking the dogs for a hike in the mountains, especially in the summer time, or holding hands at the movies with someone special.
On a personal level I am dedicated to both personal and spiritual growth, as well as engage in both communication and active listening.
My job has taken me all over the world, and to some extend still does. However, I still enjoy traveling and visiting new cultures. Seeing all this through the eyes of my kid’s is even better than seeing it for the first time myself.
