I admittedly put a fair bit of time into training and competing because it's something that is very important to me. My moniker workinprogress isn't random; I think it's something to live by and i'd like to think that i'll always be a work in progress and that's how I approach the world. I always liked the idea of the Dalai Lama's meaning of life: If you contribute to other peoples' happiness, you will find the true meaning of life.
Who am I looking for? Someone who is genuine and comfortable with themselves while also striving to improve and learn. Confidence, motivation, humility and a sense of the world around you are all very sexy traits. In all honesty, I don't quite know what I mean by sense of the world, but if that means anything to you then I think i'm getting my point across. Pets are also a big plus; especially big dogs! I had a husky when I was a kid and my mom currently owns a husky/mal mix.

Just got back to Denver after spending a DELIGHTFUL 2 months in Ft. Benning Georgia at basic training. Hopefully you caught my sarcasm. I joined the National Guard for some reason or another and just got back home. Aside from my newly styled hair (buzzed the hell off) everything is basically the same, I will just appreciate things a bit more than normal. I will be spending my summer working, fishing, riding and hanging out around Denver until I get orders to go to training for a couple of months.
