I am a finance executive and a proud father of two sons who is looking for a woman to share my life with. The company I work for is a Fortune 200 Electronics firm with operations around the world. I serve as the CFO of one of the divisions. My work allows me to travel around the world and to work with some really fun and interesting people. My sons are 20 and 16 and are a very important part of my life. Very soon they will both be off to college and will be beginning to chart a path of their own. When I’m not working, I live a pretty active life. I enjoy mountain climbing and have climbed all of the 14,000 feet peaks in Colorado. In addition I like to work-out and do home improvement projects around my house. I have a pretty outgoing personality, and I really enjoy being around people. I grew up in the Omaha, Nebraska area and went to college at Iowa State University. This background has provided me with a pretty grounded conservative set of values.

From my perspective I'm all that and more! I value friendships and family and have a positive outlook on life. I've leaned the importance of communication in a relationship, it's importance and how it can bring two people together. I believe a relationship is a true partnership...two people together, sharing, being open and honest, knowing they have each other back, both equally involved to keep a healthy balance.
I love being active and keeping fit...it's good for the body and the mind! Have had the pleasure of completing many triathlons...two of them being Ironmans...and hope to finish one more long distance event as the goal was always three. The sport has taught me that we all have it in us if we try hard enough and, that in the end, it's well worth it. I take that knowledge into a relationship...if two people truly care for each other then they will be together no matter how difficult life may be!
I'm a very affectionate and open individual who is comfortable in his own skin. I stay active and love the outdoors, though quiet evenings and lazy Sunday afternoons can be just as enjoyable. I've traveled all over the country and Canada for my career and am now settled full time in Denver. Even after spending the past few years on the road I still enjoy the weekend get away and I look forward to taking a week long vacation once a year

Meet someone special from Broomfield, United States. I've been visiting Colorado every year since 1999, so I guess that I made one too many trips and had to move here. I was born in Pennsylvania but l'ved most of my life in Louisiana, and will only go back to visit family and friends, but not in the summer. I will cut to the chase and list things that my match must be for it to work........she must like to mountain bike or at least give it a try, clean up nicely after biking and like doors opened for her, prefer the mountains over a beach, not mind riding in a 4WD truck instead of a car, prefer spontaneous over plannied. Travel combined with outdoor adventure fuels my fire. With that said, kicking back taking it easy and simply taking it all in can be some of the best times.
