Date someone special from United States. Hi there. Age is only a number, so don't let mine fool you. I'm told I look like I'm 50, act like I'm 20, but I feel as if I'm 40. That's a pretty good Trifecta in my book. I'm also told I have a great sense of humor, and I love to laugh laughter is life's best medicine. Perhaps I'm just a frustrated comedian at heart.
I'm a vibrant, active and intelligent man. My tastes run from fine dining to collecting antique antique firearms from the Old West, and I compete in Cowboy Action Shooting, which is a real and literal blast! I enjoy working out, horseback riding, backgammon, Scrabble, and a good book or film. My favorite entertainer is Neil Diamond. But I'm always open to new things as life is a continuing adventure: I'll try anything once, twice if I like it.
A former New Yorker, I now live in a hill top view home in Playa del Rey which is my castle. And I love it, as i do entertaining my friends. And, I'm from the old school in that I was raised and taught to be gentleman, and believe a woman should be treated like a lady. She should have doors opened for her, chairs pulled out, and so on.
Politically, I'm a conservative independent, but that doesn't rule you out if your a liberal Democrat! As most of us, I've faced my share of adversity in life, but I'm still here, alive and kicking with a positive mental outlook. Philosophically, I believe the only difference between men and women is physical. Mentally we are equals My ideal woman is one who is smart, attractive, and would like to share my life style with me. I would like an equal who can be a good, dear friend, partner and lover, and see where that takes us.
