I guess I shall start with the most important thing to know about me: Jesus Christ and His redeeming work in my life. Growing up I was an evil little boy, living in and loving my sin. I was completely living in rebellion against God, while professing to love Him.
When I was around 10 years old the church my mom and I were going to did your typical alter call where I prayed the sinners prayer and was proclaimed as saved because of a silly little prayer. The only problem was my life was not changed. I continued in my rebellion against God all the more, always looking back at that prayer I prayed as proof of my salvation rather than looking to what Christ had done for me on that cross and repenting of my sin.
In March or April of 2008, I started to hang out at a Christian ministry on a game called Second Life* (SL). The place on SL was called Yesha, which means "a safe place". It was there that God blessed me with the conviction of my sins. It was there that I heard of God's love in sending His Son, Jesus, to humble Himself to become a man, living a life in complete submission to the Father that I should have. It was there that I learned of Christ bearing the wrath of God for my sin in my place so that I may find forgiveness. I learned of Christ's resurrection, concurring death, and His ascension into Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father to intercede on my behalf...
Since then God has been gracious and has built me up in Christ. I now desire Him and to glorify Him in all that I do. He has blessed me with an amazing church where I have grown so much in so many ways. No words can describe how kind He has been to me!
So there you have it! God graciously saved me through a video game. How has God so worked in your life that the sin you once loved, you now hate?

I'm a geek. I love technology and wish it were farther along than it is right now (especially in terms of civilian space exploration!!!). I love spending my time at work, on the computer, with friends, with family, etc.
While I haven't gone camping often in the past 5-7 years, I LOVE camping! I also love going on trips to various places (beach, cities, christian conferences (Farewell, Resolved! I shall miss thee), etc)
