I have been told I'm a motivator and I really like leading my fitness classes. When I can help someone locate their drive; That little bit of extra umph it takes to reach their goal it makes me very happy. Most of the time it's not the physical aspect that's the problem. I feel a profession in fitness and sports is where I belong. I am truly fascinated by the body, inside and out.

I think someone that doesn't exercise and travel will not understand me. I hang out with my rugby family because they are truly great people. In fact, they are the only reason I live in Little Rock.
